With this tax it would be better to buy a low milage truck, and not a economy car. So basicly it would promote people to park there car and let it run.
I thougth the entire idea was to LOWER gas usage. This bill will not do that.
Pretty soon you will see duct tape on GPS recives. Allowing just a small window to capture one GPS satilite so the system doen't that your covering it up.
I watch BBC world report on PBS every morning and they talk more about internoational politics that are far more real, and a very good coverave.
For example this morning I watched BBC and didn't notice anything about the Queens celebration, they may have mentionded it but i don't remeber. After BBC is over I switch to NBC and watch a few minutes of the Today show. They went of for ever about the Queen and some celebration. Then they switch to the Lacy perterson case and talk about that. Oh yeah, there was a sumit in France, Bush was there.
If it's speed, then why don't you make stores have 24x7 links, or develop a wireless network for moble merchecnts (like hot dog vendors). Verrifiying cerdit cards takes far longer than to pulling it out of your wallet.
I always wanted to live in a indurtial setting. Especialy if I can drive my car into my "living" room.

Funny thing is that ILUVYOU was released on SIPERNET. Becouse the militray has the secure mentality most (of those that do have) anti virus software were out of date.
That's becouse to get a phone here in the states they do credit checks and all that. In Europe most people have pay-as-you-go and you can buy a phone at the gass station for $40.
I was driving to work this morining that thought of this idea:
Have credits (as another poster said) $10 gets you 15 credits or so. Now that the ipod keeps track of the songs you listen too, you can sync with itunes and it will generate a list of songs you like. Similar to amazons books list.
The thing is I like music, just don't care who sings it and don't have time to keep track of artists.
Having something like itunes where it could download 15 new songs that it thinks I like and put them on the ipod would be cool, then automaticly cycle out the songs I hit "next" on. So I alwyas have a fresh listing on my ipod of new songs.
Of course this would require a lot of AI and people in the back ground that will generate and catagorize music.
What do you think? a $10/month service that will automatily get you new music?
Goto Praug, A good beer costs a only 10 cents (USD)

Paraniod people at the goverment say that CAT 5 is insecure and use fiber for all the connections.
Sounds true to me. I know I hate to hear a dead line.

Not too many people know this, but for a country to licence GSM, they need at minimum two GSM carriers.
This is why you have T-Mobile and AT&T in the states.
Wonder what the second carrier will be in Iraq?
Correcty me if I'm wrong, but I read somewere that the average eye can only see at 32 fps.
