That is not the comprehensive list of video inputs though, the LAN being one which would handle any resolution we have currently. I'm surprised the thing has VGA and no DVI, what an oversight!
They don't need to break into your computer if you leave it unsecured, everything you are transmitting via wifi is open. Unless you never use wifi, I'd shoot for a dual band router if you are trying to help random people and leave some quality of service on that connection while you're at it. If they need internet so badly at that point they can always knock on your door and ask nicely.
I'd not be surprised if you planted a bunch of questions that are obscure to the every man and he changed his opinion when influenced. It also depends on how many questions they asked that were relatively new to the participant, they might get a bit overwhelmed with picking their answers. Especially if it is a topic like Net Neutrality to Joe Sixpack.
It's probably more along the line of him making this decision as a UK Government Advisor if he ever received that position. I don't think Wikipedia has anything at all to do with this.
This comment accuses me of not knowing things I was already assuming in my original post, nonetheless, thank you and everyone else replying to me for posting your ideas on the matter.
"FSF has submitted a correction to Microsoft and they are now waiting for a response."
So there was a problem with their website that caused it to be blocked automatically by their web filtering software, how is this news? Why is everyone so paranoid and not even waiting for Microsoft to reply or give them an exception? Even if they don't allow it, maybe they would rather their employees donated in their own free time and not on their network?
Are you saying you're too lazy to add spam filters in your email? Make your discontent known now with a comment and maybe in the future you won't have to browse over an article like this again.
I don't know about anyone else, but if I read an article It's because I want a unique input or take on data already given. If there is going to be some robot just writing a bland article about information already presented, can't they just give me the straight information and be done with it? There will not be any good takes on an event when it is programmed at this stage in time.
How many Slashdot readers who have no faith in their passing would take the test? The school test is required, posting it on the Slashdot comments section will only draw interest to those who think they will pass.
I hope its just me being the cynical bastard I am but why do I have the funny feeling this money won't go towards improving conditions? I hope "splitting initial costs" means apple will be expecting some inkwork before they give over some money.
When it comes down to it, am I going to be losing performance in their game because they would rather be making money? I hope they state plainly their intentions from the get-go, but we all know that won't happen.
Whatever you end up doing I would appreciate it if you could include a transcript of the conversation if the video isn't particularly important. I usually end up reading these stories on break or when it is particularly slow, so transcripts make an otherwise worthless video entry useful to me.

When do we get a version that puts someone in discomfort at the level of getting your blood pressure level checked whenever they post something awful?

You're a total geek and you can't figure out what to do with a better upload speed than 1Mbps? Turn in your geek card, your time has come.
I think the most surprising part of the summary for me is that someone found it surprising.
So they are finally going to announcer their plans on building a time machine to take over the world?

Lets make sure we follow patent laws.
"And, are you not glad that now someone has published a paper on it, so Megacorp cannot 'patent' this Earth-saving idea?"
But don't forget, when lives are stake we have to make sure the laser is FCC approved as well.
Maybe his fingers are broken too, that would explain why he hasn't posted any updates to his Google+ in a month.
Looks like there will be a box, here is a link from apple themselves: http://images.apple.com/appletv/images/buystrip_hero.png

The amount of exclamation marks told me all I needed to know about how I should value this review.
Vote parent up. It's not like Comcast is distributing this through their private LAN, their WAN is a part of the internet and fully connected to it.
Anyone else have to check their URL bar?
I wish they had more power to be honest, the FTC is one federal thing I've come to agree with time and time again.

I don't know how related Javascript is to Java but the last Java game I played was Minecraft and the performance wasn't so glorious.
