    Wish I could find the chart.. but yes, they have been. When OPEC put limits on the amount a country could pump out, based on its stated oil reserves, guess what happened? Everyones STATED oil reserves havn't changed since that limit was put in .. hence no need to decline pumping.

    Also seeing as I'm about to get modded down .. I just watched Canadian Bacon for the first time, a film from 1995. In one scene the US President is receiving ideas about what should replace the Cold War. Someone suggests Terrorism and he laughs it off saying that no one would fall for it.

    See the thing is, you could have a nice hospital, properly staffed, an no waiting lines etc. Cause anyone who can't afford it simply doens't go to hospital, they lay around and die at home. Hmm sounds familiar.

    Image exists on memegenerator. Google image indexes memegenerator content. Memegenerator images wind up in google image search. Memegenerator image still exists on Memegenerator and hasn't been removed. OMFG SHE SEO'D THE GOOGLES.
