Her family was Hispanic, which has a very strict view of the Catholic faith, whereas my family was half French Canadian ancestry. So perhaps it has more to do with where your family comes from?

I would say, as an Aspie, that it is absolutely the degree. When I am focused on something, it is near impossible to get me sidetracked. When I am having trouble focusing on something, it doesn't get done.

My understanding is that all of the RAND patent holders have been trying to get Apple to pay licensing fees, and there has been no agreement as of yet on what is reasonable to both parties. If I don't license your patent, but for years sell product that use your technology, you wouldn't sue me after a while?
