You're a fucking retard. This existed prior to Tuesday's patch. It's coming from MSN.com ONLY and it's because MSN.com reads your machijne OS and nags you with the update. You would have known if you bothered looking it up. Or even reading this very thread.
You saw that because IE11 defaults to MSN.COM when opened for the first time and that banner is MSN.COM-specific. The article says the blue banner appears when you open a new tab - which doesn't actually happen. The article vomits bullshit and many other "tech" sites are guzzling it and re-spraying it onto readers.
That's a MSN.COM specific one-time banner which is cookie-based. It did appear before this Tuesday patch only on MSN.COM. It is NOT related to this patch. Twit. (maybe if we speak the same language, you'd get it)
Here's what's really sad: It all started with this Infoworld.com article. There's no definitive proof that "On computers not joined to a domain, it adds a blue banner when a user opens a new tab, saying "Microsoft recommends upgrading to Windows 10"." I checked my Windows 7, windows 8 and windows 8.1 VMs. All have the update. None exhibit the behavior presented above. None of the other machines I managed to check (which I don't own) exhibit the behavior. There is no screenshot I could find online that shows the blue banner. This seems to have blown out of proportion based on ONE single article which might just as well be a load of bullshit, and Slashdot is making it even worse. What the fuck has/. become, Faux News?
The main difference between humans and other animals is that humans have a much greater power to fuck things up for good... which they of course wield.
FoxIT PDF reader beats Adobe reader hands down in all categories. Smaller memory footprint, opens files faster, has better GUI (the last thing being very subjective, since I adore Microsoft Office's Ribbon).
Of course we can. This is not about music quality, it's about going against what RIAA (why do I always think of it as IRA?) and the general population push as "trendy" music. I'd go for Deathstep (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?...) or Darkwave (but old-style, much like MZ.412, Coph Nia, Megaptera, Deutsch Nepal, Ordo Equilibro, etc.). Band name must stand out (thinking Phallus Dei or Anal Cunt).
Let's find a shitty new song and automate streaming requests for it. United Slashdotters could push a piece 'o' crap album to multi-platinum in like, what, 5 days?
Um... isn't UE4 free of charge for development and then once your game exceeds 3K bucks a month they will take 5% of that?
5% WHEN YOU SHIP
The 5% royalty starts after the first $3,000 of revenue per product per quarter. Pay no royalty for film projects, contracting and consulting projects such as architecture, simulation and visualization.
What webmasters should do is quit looking at their own website only and implement SSO. OAuth2 or whatever. Some sites already have it, and it works.
Do you realize that the common core is nothing but a set of standards as far as what students should be able to achieve at various levels?
I do. Question is whether all (or even most) teachers do, as well.
You forgot Lumberyard.
Which, as I said countless times in this thread, is NOT a result of Tuesday's patch. It's something that existed BEFORE the patch as well.

What the fuck has
With those, we shall rule the world! :)
As a Romanian, I say you're full of shit.
The fuck are you talking about.
Maybe you'd like to learn how Teo Peter died. Or, rather, was killed.

That's the question most intelligent people in most countries ask themselves on a daily basis.
Me not sure.
Clearly you can't replace "tomothy".

Not to mention the excellent backpack (TM) airflow.

Confirmed, my PC didn't change any of its defaults.
"affected".
Disabled by policy, so no.
I type from such a machine, it has Windows 10 on it but telemetry is disabled by policies.
I can confirm this. There are administrative policies in place that can disable telemetry and related/dependent modules (e.g. Cortana).
Of course we can.
