    I typically advise people to use this method. It is a phrase that you can cut up. For example:

    "three blind mice see how they run"

    That turns to: tbmshtr

    Take the three and turn it to a 3
    capitalize the nouns: Mice and They

    That would turn to: 3bMshTr

    Looks abstract, takes a bit of thinking, but it is a start.

    It isn't that he's lousy, it is that Bush isn't that smart. Bush isn't the one running the country. That would be Cheney's strong arm of influence over Bush in the information that is threaded to him. Bush, we all know, is not that smart of a cookie. Don't second guess Cheney. He's smart, but he does not have the best interest for the public in his policies.

    Agreed. How many near misses are there in the driving world? I run out of fingers to count those near misses on my way to work each morning and I only live two miles away from the office.

    And because of this lawsuit, as it gains momentum from the RIAA, this will create a Streisand Effect, and others will be introduced into another realm of the internet that isn't on a web browser.

    I can just see it now, as the RIAA pushes to close up groups, another group will be formed. It is just too easy to do and so difficult to filter. This will be a venture climbing uphill through sand.

    I do not see a problem in the program but more in the implimentation of both sides. While this is a DDOS attack against spammer's websites, more often these days, they are hijacked websites that have ads or phishing scams to them.

    So what happens when Mr. Innocent, unpatched server, gets a bill for $10K in a month for bandwidth fees?

    Why doesn't the feds get alerted to the practices, step in, shut it down and make it very difficult for the company to exist and for the company to press this case at all?

    MS Natural Keyboard? Nice idea, poor design.

    The throws and the pressure it takes to depress a key are greater than typical keyboards on the market or just the same. No performance gain there for repetitive motions.

    I would suggest a Kinesis keyboard.

    The sex sites will argue about art vs. pornography and that opens up the fine line of nudity.

    You might be a little young to remember, but Word Perfect has been around for quite a while. MS Word always seemed to be the competitor up until Office 95 and more so after Office 97. WP was quite slick in 5.1/5.2 and prior.

    Yes, I do believe they should be jailed for property crimes.

    What is to deter them? Just like oil companies, they are fined a fee that doesn't equate to a penny on the dollar for what they are raking in. That isn't even a slap on the wrist and is not even a deterrant for doing the crime.

    I hate to say it, yes even as a Texan, a few examples must be made. And while I do not believe in the death penalty, I believe that spammers and anyone that writes/promotes or profits in anyway whatsoever spyware/malware/adware should be shot. Any time you spend feeling the guilt towards those individuals will be spent cleaning up the messes they've made.

    This is at least a good start, but what about the spyware / malware sites? Will those be next? Or will there be a hosts file blacklist generated to block them out from company domains?

    most of those qualifications are deterrants to rid out the hobbyists. if you are deterred from even applying if it states 3+ years experience, then keep on looking. otherwise, go for it and better yet, look for the jobs out there that are not listed. that's where the gold is. once you understand that, then you'll understand.

    One was great, one was a disaster. Make sure you go out to lunch or something of the sort. See what kind of a guy or girl the candidate is and if you'd want to have lunch with that person. By that, you'll discover how you get along and how you can work together separating the BS from the actual productive work.

    The bad experience, I didn't approve. However, he was hired on due to politics and recommendations from the CTO at the time. The personality conflicts became brutal and almost ended up in a bloody mess - literally.

    That said, I cannot state questions for you to ask. But I will let you know, you canNOT ask personal questions regarding their family, etc.
