They should be theoretically able to feather their rotors to negate lift, but you'd still have to factor in the forces from the turning of the main rotor and the tail rotor.
Personally, I have found it easier to think when moving. The blood tends to pool in my core and legs, so walking gets it flowing to my brain again and raises my blood pressure. Also remember that a slow walk is not exhaustive once you shed all that 'excess' fat, so long as you use proper shoes that allow you to walk toe-first instead of heel-first, just like mother nature intended.
That said, Acacia trees have a reflex action when their leaves are eaten. Their leaves release Hydrogen Cyanide when something tries to eat them. The HCN then causes all of the nearby leaves to release HCN in a chain reaction. It may be just a 'dumb reaction' but who is to say that they don't feel their leaves being eaten?
They not only upgraded the dish design, but they upgraded the electronics package. The new boards have about 2 times more memory with 4 times as much bandwidth, 5 times more processing power, and twice the I/O bandwidth.
I used to have problems with allergies until I was forced to take a triple-course of antibiotics for something unrelated. After that I took a course of probiotics to recreate my internal flora and suddenly my allergies ceased to exist.

Judging by the wording of that phrase, I think your founding fathers never meant for this to include things like storybooks or (nowdays) film and music.
That may be so, but I went for the digital-download-only version when I purchased Uplink a few months(years? Time flies.) ago. I didn't get the developer cd. So now I'm buying the Humble Indie Bundle just for the source.
As a fellow Seffrican I think I'm obligated to point out that, while our economy has grown, inflation has also grown alarmingly and at many times outpaced growth (especially in terms of increases in salaries). In terms of spending power we're not that much better off than we were 20 years ago. Even worse if you factor in the costs of "domestic help". I have had friends come over from Britain and Europe and, directly translated from euros/pounds to rands, the price of food here actually tends to be higher than in Europe. That's why you see so many foods imported from the EU appearing on our shelves (the reason they're still more expensive is either import duties or high shop margins or both). If you contrast this with the fact that our salaries mean we have roughly 1/10th of Europe's spending power for the same item (say a loaf of bread, or a steak, or salad stuff) we're not really _that_ well off.
Caffeine withdraw's nothing. Next time you go off of Mountain Dew, try kicking all sugar. You'll be surprised at how clearly you can think once you've been through 3 weeks of sugar withdraw.
The tenth is all nine combined.

Switzerland has digital speed signs on it's highways that can, and do, change depending on traffic flow and weather conditions.
Beer only keeps about eight to twelve months. Properly stored [whole] grain can keep for decades, possibly even centuries under the right conditions.
You should be grateful for your weather- without it, no Briton would have desired to be Anywhere But Here and there would have been no Empire.
F.B Purity works well for me. Facebook hates it so much that they're censoring it.
There's a local satellite dish manufacturer around here called SatAn. Same story.
An Uwe Boll movie is worse than Star Wars 1-3.
Hey, is it just me or does the video in the summary keep unpausing itself every few hours?

Fruit Juice is not recommended as it contains the same number of calories as soda (or more depending on the type of fruit juice). I have has great success with flavoured and plain water (taken from a tap and put through a filter).
