To even get out of bed in time we have to add unhealthy chemicals to our body that increase our blood pressure. Stop messing with the damn clock and let me come to work around 1pm and I'll be fine.
That might be a good idea until you somehow manage to get on any of the spam watchdog's lists. Then try, as a "normal" server, to get off it again so your mail actually gets delivered.
Cyber bullying is more than just name calling. It's a combination of stalking, harassing and slander. It's also way easier to do than trying it in real life simply because the exposure is heaps bigger and it's easier to have a lasting negative impact on someone's life.
There is a difference, though, between harassment and disagreement. Unfortunately, people can't tell the difference between someone who harasses them and someone who disagrees with their batshit insanity.
If it did what I was doing with it then yes, I'd still be using a PDP11. I just recently replaced a 486, and only because the RasPi can do the same with less power.
So the message is "if you're a woman, rejoice, your options to get to C-Levels got better. No longer do you have to rely on your looks and your ability to give a good blowjob to get ahead, you can lie, steal, cheat your way to the top of the ladder now, too!"
Computers did it, phones did it. And consoles do it too. We have arrived at the point where there isn't much room for expansion for consoles anymore. Especially when they keep breaking compatibility with older games. Why should I buy a PS5, then buy every game again (yes, yes, in their "new" edition, which is basically the same game I already have with a different number next to the franchise name), when what I have isn't that different? Better graphics? Well, technically, yes, but do I even have a TV to see it? And if I have a TV to see it, can I actually see it? I'm the first to admit my eyesight isn't perfect (hey, I'm getting old) but do you really see the difference from HD to p5000whatever? And, more important, does it warrant forking over the money for a new console and a stack of games?
The next generation of consoles better has something really good in store if they want to convince gamers to buy their library of games all over again.
Can we add all those idiots that insist in jumping out of fully functioning planes or strapping themselves underneath cloth contraptions to fly around in the air without any good reason? And of course the imbeciles that climb up mountains despite there being nothing on top they want to get.

Anyone knows a freemail provider I could move to?
Well, at least for the latter it is. Freedom of religion actually means that I may choose to not participate in a mass delusion.
Yeah, someone recently replied to a post of mine and dared to disagree. I felt so abused!
If you take away everything that could offend someone from Blazing Saddles, what's left is little more than a 2-minute trailer.

Because it also lets people find out that they're not the only one who thinks differently than the government.
Then you should meta-mod more often. People who abuse modpoints soon find themselves getting none anymore.
If they don't force me to upgrade my machine just so I can keep using it, we're talking.

If you provide the money for licensing replacement tools and training the staff to use them, we can switch over today!
That didn't work out so well in Germany 75 years ago.
She's not in jail. That's richer than she should be if there was a legal system in place.
Could we? Pretty please?

Yeah, that's the message I'd want my kids to get.

Ah, so it's like French, you write one thing and say another.
Looks more like Chiss to me.
You're right.
Here, eat this. For science.
Chemical warfare is bad enough, please don't escalate to biological.

Successful troll is successful.
Of course. Sarcasm requires brainpower at the receiving end, and who'd want that?
