I have a 19" touting 16ms response time, and I'm proud to say that it plays movies well, plays fast paced games well--Enemy Territory, HL2 both look beautiful, even with lots of fast movement.
Bloggie 1: Yo, you have a good time last night?
Bloggie 2: Blogtacular!
Bloggie 1: Yeah I saw you leave with CowboyNeal.
Bloggie 2: Oh man, as soon as we got out of the bar, he started blogging me....
Seemingly "clever" developers have apparently figured out ways to make their applications still come to focus regardless of that setting.
Microsoft Office mostly ignores the "prevent focus grabbing" option. Some applications (Track-IT from Intuit comes to mind) also abuse the "focus follows mouse" option, jumping to the foreground when they get mouse focus.
Is there possibly a portion of the group policy which would run an msi/executable update?
Yes. It's the "Software Settings" section under both Computer and User in Group Policy. It requires (AFAIK) an actual MSI, not one packed into a "setup.exe". It allows publication to Add/Remove Programs by user, and assignment for users or computers. You can also set upgrades there, as well as transforms.
Check these guys out as well. Their Firefox MSI works fine through GPO.
It didn't crash on New Year's, it was just being cleaned.
Don't name names or anything ;)
Sure, you laugh about it, but being able to have two emails at once makes it easier to retype the one you are replying to.
Especially with manberries!
Mr. Owl, how many licks does it take to get to the solid inner center of the Earth?
Konane? Is that you?
Yeah, the Earth could be, like, a giant computer, and we're just the bits flowing through it.
Sounds like the same "Top Men" that have been researching the Ark of the Covenant.
SCO's?
And most of them think that digital watches are a pretty neat idea.
Well, I think it's time to go to the bar. YMMV.
Maybe someone threw a beer at Clippy, starting a brawl, which resulted in Clippy not being allowed in Detroit schools anymore. This is this outcome.
Stay away from the WRV54g POS, though. It's more reboot happy for config changes than NT 4 was.
Badgers? Badgers? We doan need no steeking badgers!
Yes, there are. You can acquire them here.
Which do you prefer: mad-as-hell columnist or baked college student?
Gates of Hell? Bill doing the Goatse?
Bart: Don't you mean "ThunderDOME"?
Willie: Quiet! You want to get sued?
You're looking at the wrong list. Try this one.

This should be a wake up call to the makers of Real Doll.

Thank you! That wonderful option is right there in Excel 2003, and it makes Excel handle multiple workbooks in the manner I want again.
It's also there in Word 2003, PowerPoint 2003 and Access 2003.

Since they stopped testing on animals, a guy like me can really clean up!
