I think the issue with Sealand is that their pipe could get cut off from its main source (England?) as a result of a court case. They are a sovereign country but they still pay for a business service which has no boundaries. That is the weak link in the chain.
I'm with your wife 100%. I work from home and when I need to take a break from coding I'll answer a telemarketing call just to break up the day, relieve stress by cussing them out or make myself laugh by reading them the script from Monty Python's Holy Grail and see how long they hang on the phone:)
No dipshit, the world would not be a better place without Microsoft. They brought standardization to the IT world, a much needed component at the time. Think first idiot.
What Dune series? All I saw was the fist Dune book, which I thought was very good. Seems like the SciFi channel has been promising a lot but not delivering. They also said they were gonna finish the Dune books and make the Ursala LeGuin books into movies. Whenever I swich on scifi channel all I see are second rate horror movies that didn't even make it at the box office.
What the fuck are you talking about? Hey dumass start using the language like the rest of us, we sort of agreed on it ok?

Great IDE but typical of all Java IDE's it takes 100MB of RAM to run it and is slow to respond. Sorry I'll take native Windows IDE's over Java IDE's any day.
My god.. you're so full of shit your eyes are brown. Hey stop applying varnish in an unvenilated room. I can't believe you actually think what you said is even remotely true. Get a clue bud.
My best teacher goes to Mr.Wehling, 10th grade Geometry teacher. I was doing terribly in high school, didn't enjoy learning, was uninspired. I remember it was the end of the first week in Geometry class that Mr.Wehling was discussing the meaning of theorems and pointed me out and asked me if I were a 'hip' person. I said yeah I guess. Then he looked at me and said how can you say that if you don't know the definition of hip? From then on I was hooked on mathematics, it all clicked with me, like a firework went off in my head. Mr.Wehling truly loved the subject and made that year unforgettable. Thanks Mr.Wehling!
Why don't I ever hear this guy talk about the basic economic principles behind his beliefs. We live in a capitalist economy. We make things so we gain currency to buy the stuff we want. Thats the way it works. It would be great if we lived in a 'Star Trek' universe and nobody paid for anything but did what they were good at for the common good of the Federation. Thats not reality. Free software is what we'd all like, but anarchistic beliefs don't buy Big Macs.

Not all of us know how to program in C buddy. We can still bitch and submit bugs.. if that's ok with you?
Jay Nixon has started a no call law effective July 1, 2002 for Missourians -- Missouri No Call Law
Some guy is making a living off of doing just that -- Tom Mabe - Revenge on the Telemarketers

They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

Don't believe everything you read. You made those quotes up... tsk tsk.
Please go out and kick your own ass.
You still can't open a new tab from your bookmarks. Seems like a no brainer, dunno why they left it out?

Did your teacher take a few hits of Hydrogen? What the hell?
In side by side studies with an equal amount of gasoline and Hydrogen, the gasoline tank produce the bigger explosion.
Hey dork, the discussion is on Hydrogen not Hydroelectricity, get with the program!

That was probably the most difficult post I've ever tried to read. What the hell are you trying to say?
There are no original shorts of the animated series Milton from the old SNL shows. The movie Office Space was based on it.
