:-) Well, yes, being an idiot, I had to look that up. Very disappointing. I expected something actually disagreeable. Out of curiosity, can you show anything where I am arguing in 'bad faith'? Bet you can't...
Okay, you put all those other farmers out of work. I hope you are ready to offer them something besides working at home stuffing envelopes for advertisers.
You know, boring stuff like figuring out living arrangements for 7 billion people right here on this planet?
Being strictly a political/psychological problem created by choice, we can fix that in an instant. There are no technical impediments. Propulsion-wise we have hardly progressed past the horse and carriage.
That's exactly it. The core has to be restarted for anything to work, to create and sustain an atmosphere from the sequestered gasses in the ground and magnetosphere. Yes, we probably can live on a dead world, but it will need constant replenishment from outside, like the space station. It's too labor intensive.
No, it's just a couple of friends here who say that when I tell them I won't vote for a major party candidate. They expect me to play along like the rest. You know, the 'lesser evil' types who insist that failure to vote for a democrat is a vote for a republican, and they blame Nader for Bush's victory, etc. I guess they're still sore over that.
That's still no reason to vote for a democrat or republican though... But I understand the desire to stick with the devil you know. Can't take any unnecessary chances now, can we?
tendentious
You gotta be cruel to be kind...

:-) You're the boss
I'll just keep spanking my Seamonkey... Netscape still rules over all.

Propulsion science is just too primitive at this time. This is where the bulk of the money needs to be spent.

So very effective is the appeal to animal instinct... The reasonable person hasn't a chance in this world.
Sorry, I don't believe so...

It's okay, I don't blame you. There are just some things you can't overcome.
I do that, and then get accused of *not participating*. Following the herd is throwing away your vote, or selling it to the highest bidder.
Heh, just like *all lives matter*, huh?

He will slow down the government...
...it just died and the corpse will now be reanimated.
So, the zombie invasion is for real...
WSJ is still a top-tier newspaper in the same class as the NYT or Washington Post.
Absolutely! As political rags they certainly are in the same class...
No, he is proof that the the dinosaurs walk among us...
This is a sad moment for Nat Geo. Maybe the association can divest itself of him and take their money elsewhere.
That still makes no sense. Where's the net gain in a system that depends on stratification to operate?
Don't need a computer pissing all over my table..
The market depends on perpetual growth. How do you expect to do that without having more people?
The only way this isn't true is if the tree was going to burn anyway.
Decay is a slow 'burn'. We're just accelerating the process.
You make me laugh.
Happy to be of service. The first one is always free
New word for you to decipher:
Peace!
No no, "Quantum-Safe".
Spoken like a true sociopath...
