    The US Government doesn't 'block' anything. They just seize the domain. Now the whole world is locked out.

    I believe the word is 'compulsory licensing'. If you want copyright/patent protection, you should be required to license it for a reasonable price. But, since the public doesn't give a damn, it ain't gonna happen.

    On what planet does that happen? Normally premiums and interest rates are quite arbitrary, set by market manipulators.
