  1. Article Bogus on Selling Used MP3s Found Legal In America · · Score: 5, Informative

This story is bogus. It looks like yahoo news misquoted a arstechnica acticle. Then some blog sourced the yahoo new article. There was no ruling on First Sale. The ruling only states there is no need for an injunction. The judge is going to rule on First Sale in a few weeks.

The title of this article is wrong. Everything I read shows no decision has been made yet. The Judge ruled that there is no need for a prelimenary injunction.

  3. One Use Items Excluded on Superpoke Players Sue Google · · Score: 1

I think the judge should first remove all money spent on one use items that were then used. The players got benifit from the item so there is no reason to get a refund. Next all items that were purchased prior to the last month of play whose value is less than $100 should be excluded. If you had a item for a month then you got your use out of it. Google should refund the rest.

There are two companies. They paid for use of the trademark from one based out of Tiawan. The Chinese arm of the company is filing the lawsuit. Not sure witch is the parent company. I would assume the Tiawan based one since that is who Apple paid. China does not reconize Tiawan as a seperate country. So there may be some politics involved in this dispute.

Fact 4) He worked on speech translation software for DARPA

Fact 5) America is currently pushing for sanctions against Iran.

Opinion) If Iran didn't want this guy in the country they could of turned him away. Instead they let him in and then captured him. He is nothing more than a hostage.
