This story is bogus. It looks like yahoo news misquoted a arstechnica acticle. Then some blog sourced the yahoo new article.
There was no ruling on First Sale. The ruling only states there is no need for an injunction. The judge is going to rule on First Sale in a few weeks.
The title of this article is wrong. Everything I read shows no decision has been made yet. The Judge ruled that there is no need for a prelimenary injunction.
I think the judge should first remove all money spent on one use items that were then used. The players got benifit from the item so there is no reason to get a refund. Next all items that were purchased prior to the last month of play whose value is less than $100 should be excluded. If you had a item for a month then you got your use out of it. Google should refund the rest.
It is not a bad thing any more than PC gaming is a bad thing. It is just different. It is a good thing that Google isn't copying Apple down to the last thing. There is plenty of money in the market for different approaches.
There are two companies. They paid for use of the trademark from one based out of Tiawan. The Chinese arm of the company is filing the lawsuit. Not sure witch is the parent company. I would assume the Tiawan based one since that is who Apple paid. China does not reconize Tiawan as a seperate country. So there may be some politics involved in this dispute.
Where have our anti-trust laws gone. These One Use Codes are an artificial restraint on trade. Their only purpose is to prevent a secondary market and drive prices up. Since when is that legal.
They were able to get a warrent in this case. It was limited to washington d.c. though. They installed it in Maryland. They also installed it a day after the warrent expired. So basically the cops knew they needed a warrent. They just ffed up and blew a big case because of it.
Nah, his answer will be people don't go to Yahoo for search results. Our toolbar changes their prefrences so they use Yahoo whether they want it or not. Install somthing like yahoo messenger and you will get all defaulted to all kind of Yahoo crap.
He is paying legal expenses because he pissed off the judge by telling his lawyers to ignore the Judges order. This caused a delay in the proceedings. The $5000 is for wasting the judges time. The legal expenses are for the opposing sides time during that delay.
The FAA is streamlining the COA process and has also increased staffing by more than a dozen people. In 2009, the FAA issued 146 COAs. As of December 1, 2010, there were 273 active COAs. The agency has issued COAâ(TM)s in 2010 to 95 users on 72 different aircraft types.
For aircraft that fly in restricted airspace they know the names of 273 people with licenses. They can easily issue a report about who those people work for.
Fact 3) He visited Iran through the normal channels. He told them he was a former US marine when he entered the country. He didn't enter the country with an alias or by sneaking in over the border. He used his real name in all his business dealings with the US government.
Fact 4) He worked on speech translation software for DARPA
Fact 5) America is currently pushing for sanctions against Iran.
Opinion) If Iran didn't want this guy in the country they could of turned him away. Instead they let him in and then captured him. He is nothing more than a hostage.

The sad thing is that you were able to describe this in just four sentences, yet the mainstream media hasn't mentioned this at all because all they can see is the horse race.
To be fair I got that information from cnn.com It is also on www.foxnews.com
Whats even sadder is the winner needs like 1100 delegates. So the seven delegates each candidate won is a rounding error for the entire primary process. A candidate could skip Iowa and not lose much.
No need to start memorizing their names. These people are not important unless they actually get the job. In fact feel free to forget the name of the winners as well. The name of the current US president shoudn't effect you.
The only thing that matters is the number of delegates the canidates won. Romney, Santorum and Paul each won 7 delegates. Gingrich and Perry each won 2 delegates. Currently Romney has the most delegates because he has support from delegates not tied to elections. Romney has 18, Santorum has 8, Paul has 7 delegates total.

Federal and State government could do it as well. If you consider how much of the economy is controlled by those two they could lead by example.
Well no one except your parents that is. Chimeric humans happen in nature.
These are not hybrid animals. A chimera is made up multiple dna from the same species. It occurs naturally when the embroys of twins fuse together.
I think the standard procedure in the USA is to blame it on extra terrestrials.
