He was given false information from the CIA, who apparently received false information from unreliable sources.
The CIA knew long before that "Curveball's" information wasn't trustworthy. It made up the majority of Powell's presentation to the UN anyways. The other major source, Ahmad Chalabi, was dealing directly with the White House (dude had big dreams of running Iraq), and ended up giving classified information to Iran. The CIA definitely took a good chunk of the blame for the intelligence failure, but further investigation would show they were little more than a scapegoat.
Sure, both the CIA and the WH thought that Iraq still had WMDs, but it was the Bush administration that said they had proof when they didn't. They were blatantly and intentionally deceiving their constituents.
Don't sweat it, if you ordered from Apple chances are you'll get a new one instead... If not, you can easily return for a newer model.

Its the first time I've seen so many Macheads get so excited about running windows (or windows applications).
You obviously weren't around 10 years ago for the release of SoftWindows, Virtual PC, RealPC, or OrangeMicro's PCI x86 compatible cards. The only people who are shocked by Apple's actions and Apple users' excitement about Windows compatibility are those who haven't been paying much attention. Heck, Apple even had print ads and a TV commercial showing their systems running both OSs at the same time.
If my "leaked" you mean "the President is giving stump speeches on how important it is to keep doing this", then yeah.
No, he meant leaked as in leaked by anonymous NSA sources. That's why the US Justice Department is conducting an investigation. Bush's speeches are in response to the outcry. For someone who's pretending to know a lot about the situation, you seem to know very little.
"Because if there's one thing the US is known for, it's all our jungles."
Well, you're certainly not known for your education system. Not all rain-forests are jungles and almost 50% of all Costal Temperate Rain Forests in the world are in California.
Coastal temperate rain forests contain a similarly disproportionate share of biological production. They accumulate and store more organic matter than any other forest type (including tropical forests) - as much as 500-2000 metric tons of wood, foliate, leaf litter, moss, other living plants, and soil per hectare. Some individual trees in temperate rain forests have grown for two millennia and surpass six meters in diameter. The adjacent waters are productive as well. The upwelling zones and cold-water currents that bathe the edges of coastal temperate rain forests account for a substantial share of the biological production of the oceans. The productivity of these marine ecosystems is enhanced by the nutrients and organic debris washed out of coastal watersheds.
The largest contiguous coastal temperate rain forest traces the northwestern maritime margin of North

America, from Kodiak Island in Alaska south through British Columbia and the U.S. Pacific Northwest to California's "fogbelt" redwoods.
You took a quote out of context, got called on it, and tried to retort with a response that tries to paint optimistic hope that is shared by many people, including those with these exact disabilities who support Kerry, as something that is crass, cynical, and manipulative.
Please, step back, an think about what your defense of all things Bush is making you think and say.
Christopher Reeve just passed away, and America just lost a great champion for this cause, somebody who was a powerful voice for the need to do stem cell research and change the lives of people like him, who have gone through a tragedy. Well, if we do the work that we can do in this country, the work that we will do when John Kerry is president, people like Christopher Reeve are going to walk, get up out of that wheelchair and walk again.
But don't let facts and a little thing called the truth get in the way of your support for Bush.
"Have you wrestled with removing the case cover from a... Beige G3 Desktop?"
Why yes, all the time. Easy as pie. Two latches (basically two big buttons buttons to push up) on the front panel, then you pull the cover towards you. The rest unfolds easily giving you easy access to the PCI slots, RAM, and videocard. I little work to remove or add HDDs or CD-ROMs, but nothing worse than your average PC case.
I think you may have it confused with another Apple system...
Lossless format support Yup, it's a new feature, although if you really cared before you could just rip everything as an uncompressed AIFF, iTunes played those since the beginning.
and seamless track transitions This has been around for a while in iTunes too. It's pretty customizable to boot. The new feature is a multiple file merge, something that has been around for a while too, but now with with seamless transitions.
wow! If they'd just get rid of the DRM Only iTunes Music Store files are DRMed. iTunes has been able to create and play non-DRM files (in multiple formats) since its inception.
If you've had so many problems with your PS2, maybe you need to take better care of your gear.
Xbox, GameGube, Gameboy, Gameboy Advance, Gameboy Advance SP, Nintendo 64, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Coleco Vision, Playstation, and Playstation 2.
I own all of those systems. All but 2 of them are still fully functional. Both disfunctional systems are manufactured by Sony. I seriously doubt that I, or anyone else with faulty PS1s and PS2, are at fault for such behavior.
The PS2 is backwards compatible because there were so many scorn PS owners who's system fail to work after a period of time. If you own Xbox games, chances are you have a functioning Xbox, and therefore backwards compatible is moot.
That being said, I hope for Sony's sake that the PS3 is also backwards compatible, because every single PS2 I or my friends have owned have either started to fail, or just don't work at all anymore.
Oh no?

Seems as though thats exactly what is happening. Ironic that Apple is involved.... or not.
Hmmm. Like what happened on March 20th, 2003? Interesting definition you got there.
I disagree with Ahmadinejad.
To be honest I thought Gates and Buffet were shoe-ins.

It plays fine in both Windows Media Player for the Mac or in Quicktime using Flip4Mac.

Yup. Everything you search for is recorded.
Have you considered buying a dictionary?
Why?
Still sore about it eh Roger?

That's right. More information on that topic can be found here.
Rumor has it you'll still be able to use your Xbox even after the Xbox2 is released, so worrying about backwards compatibility is a non-issue....
It's true! I get my lousy tech support for free!
