Not sure what your alternative would be. We have to mine to survive, and it would build infrastructure in space, and help reduce the risk of these disasters on our planet which is pretty special as planets go:)

Well there's a simple litmus test: Can video games 'contain' art? answer yes, like RPGs especially. Doesn't that therefore make it in and of art? (I feel like I'm getting stupider the more I think on it)
Heh the review failed to mention the inclusion of a HTML5 export feature in flash. could be one of the biggest changes in the suite since its a WYSIWYG HTML5 editor, and maybe the only one currently on the market?
Unless the rockets are going to use hydrogen from the water as fuel then no, it's pointless. Hydrogen is a very unstable form of fuel, which is the reason they don't allow cars to run on them. It wouldn't be economically viable to risk an expensive mission using this fuel, unless they were sending out say a hundred duplicate probes and allowing a number of them to fail. Even then it would be even more risky entering an atmosphere holding this as fuel. Feel free to vote me down and call me names though..
Nobody was talking about manned missions. Simply sending autonomous drones out into the solar system to do the work, then there's no need for large amounts of water.

We went there once and there was nothing there. Now we find here water there, so what I have loads of that in my back garden too. Why not spend money and time going somewhere worthwhile like Mars, or other bodies that we might actually mine or get some kind of significance out of?
Yes I was thinking along the lines of Deus Ex or System Shock2. Bioshock was a good simple inclusion of RPG elements but didn't really affect the main game in a great way. It would require good game design and some bold moves on the part of the Game devs to move these ideas forward. it could open up an amazing genre of involvement in games imo. in system shock 2 and deus ex your choices governed the pace and way you use each map and deal with each enemy, like a slower chess like game rather than all out shooting everything
'Fictional Physics' of the old retro games or games from the Atari and Amiga era are still more playable to me than allot of the newer games coming out that seem to be striving for greater realism or emphasis on more accurate guns or other things that were probably accurate enough in the last game. I loved the games that came out around the millennium, they had allot of imagination and innovation. its all a bit stale now, allot of gamers I know are saying the same. (need more and better RPG elements in games imo)

& b> why would WB want to stop piracy of their movies. overall box office sales broke all records last year. more ppl go to see them in cinemas because they've tested them out in cam form first and want to see it on a big screen or in 3D with their partner or family
All news is kind of semi open source right now. they will just lose money and attention with this move. maybe Murdoch is destined to get left behind like natural selection

The DRM has been on iPlayer content for a while now. i usually strip it out using Fair Use 4 WM. It's on rapidshare @ google

The absolute best thing you can do to extend your wireless capability is to buy or make a Bi Quad Antenna, then hook it to a regular wireless USB key.
