sheesh this world is getting stupidly over politically correct, want to label and hang something then lets string up the people who support political correctness and lynch them or drag them on the pavement behind our cars with rope.

that's what idiot political correct tards deserve.

heck just open frostwire, search r@ygold, hussyfan, kingpass download and upload to someone's hacked email/facebook/myspace and wait doesn't mean you are a pedophile.

  2. Re:I don't recall... on DOJ: We Can Force You To Decrypt That Laptop · · Score: 1

I've used software that has done similar before lets you setup 2 passphrases and inject a seperate document into the encrypted data. so when you decrypt with the real passphrase you get the real data, when you decrypt with the alternate passphrase on the same data you get generic junk, anything you've turned into generic junk from family photos, wikipedia pages, etc. nice little system so if the passphrase is beat out of you, you give them the alternate passphrase, it seemingly works and thats that. get your system back then use the real passphrase to get the real document.

Hopefully this can help finally shed light on voting fraud to stuff the ballots in our election process. I've never been one for electronic voting as it's so much more easily tampered with. And only reason it's pushed so much is due to companies like diebold and the media who push so they can have up to the second voter tallies so they can sound like they are on top of everything when reporting.

It needs to go back to the old way, which wasn't perfect, but was hell of a lot better than electronic voting.

  10. ARK Music Factory scammers on Is There a Formula For a Hit Song? · · Score: 1
That is what Ark Music Factory scammers do. They try to manufacture hit songs using trends in pop music.

My cousin used to work for them but just couldn't take it anymore the level of greed and illegal scamming that goes on in that company. Take that viral song yet epic crap heap Rebecca Black - Friday... Her mom wants to make her daughter a pop star so instead of true talent or talent scouts finding new talent, her mother goes into Ark music factory office (not even a studio) has to pay $4000 and fill out paperwork.

Then they have 2 songs to choose from depending on male or female. Then the song is recorded by the person and they are done, sent home with a chance to get extremely low percentage on sales for 1 year only! No residuals ongoing, Ark only allows 1 year. So they have technical engineers who aren't really musicians clean up the singing with stuff like autotune and multitude of other filters, then using software like Ableton to record multiple music tracks there is never a real instrument played. They now have a track that they use corporate leverage to get radio stations to play.

Of course the Rebecca Black situation blew up in their face, but ARK and many other "canned pop" studios have been doing that for years now. Acts such as Lady Gaga, have also been done that way, gaga plays the part of some crazy eccentric person while all the time her music is just canned pop similar to Ark Music Factory.

it has come down to a formula for many "music studios"

  13. My town has already done this 5 years ago on San Francisco Considers Ban On All Pet Sales · · Score: 0
5 Years ago, my small town passed a city ordinance banning pet ownership in city limits. Things got out of control with stray and wild packs of dogs and cats it was so bad and so vast I was working for Astro pest control and we were called in, this town has no animal shelter and the 3 neighboring cities refused to help with such an out of control problem.

So we were given permit and paid by the town to eradicate the mess. We placed traps in residential areas, and used Liquitox mixed with milk in city limits attached to stop signs, main street medians, etc.

It took about 2 weeks, but man it was like some post apocalyptic scene the following days with dead dogs and cats numbering the hundreds scattered all around town on main streets, post office steps, etc.

Astro along with local city garbage workers spent early mornings daily cleaning up the carcasses.

Needless to say, the town had enough, and felt the residents had proved they were untrustworthy or unfit to keep pets so the city passed an ordinance banning the ownership of pets mainly cats and dogs, since many due have the odd ferret/hamster/aquarium/ but it mainly bans the ownership of cats and dogs in city limits.

They can still be owned outside of city limits.

but reading the OP article brings back some memories on the 2 weeks of hell cleaning up probably a thousand or more cats and dogs strewn all over town. And taken to city incinerator.

Best Buy's geek squad are absolutely clueless. I've had the misfortune of dealing with 2 seperate best buy's and both "geek squads" didn't know their ass from a hole in the ground. The typical responses from "geek squad" are reboot, reboot again but wait 20 seconds while it's unplugged then call back. if you ever do bring it in they keep it for few days, then say "we had to send it to manufacturer for repair" or "we can swap it for something else" with something else being a lower powered item they blame inflation for not swapping for exact item. And screw em, if anyone wants to use the term geek in advertising in response to their support I see absolutely no problem. And newegg is 1000x far better than best buy will ever hope to be. and cheaper.
