    No? It's vapor. Until consumers can do what is shown in the demo and commercials, it remains vapor. Are there prototypes, and is it going to be shipped? Yeah, probably. But until it finally does ship, it remains vapor.

    It's going through Win32. Anything in kernel32.dll is Win32. You have to be using NTDLL to not be using Win32

    You can just sit down and do this for a half hour. That's pretty much how I've been playing it, in 20-30 minute stints.

    More realistic as I meant it was more realistic by mathematic comparisons to a real object. Mathematically, it's been getting closer. But, the pattern detectors in the brain are magnifying the differences from expected. We're designed to detect differences from normal, it's a survival trait.

    Actually, it is an issue.

    As graphics get better, your brain gets less forgiving and it looks wrong. Worse graphics (too a point) will look better than more realistic graphics.

    It definitely appeals to girls more than MOST games but that probably is just used as more of an excuse for husbands to spend money on the game.

    And the game my wife is currently most looking forward to...

    God of War 2.
