I'll be glad when the fanboys start getting disillusioned with Apple. I like their hardware, but I'm sick of how everything even remotely associated with Apple gets it's price jacked up to exploit the fanboy crowd.
Are you really a fan of ogling cheerleaders on the sidelines, or a football fan? We're talking about one incomplete app on the iPhone that works reasonably well for lots of people. The Colts had a perfect 0-16 season after Manning was injured. That would be like your iPhone bursting into flames every time you got an incoming call and sending shards of gorilla glass into your eyes.
I bet you not 1/100 people could detect that mistake. I'm an aviation buff, and the only thing that stuck out at me was "why use a picture of F-20s?" (and I guess I'm wrong on the fighters). We live in a world of PR hacks who grab whatever pic they can get their hands on. You see this with recycled stock news footage of gas stations, fat people walking, etc. Pure nuttiness to assume this was anything other than a lazy staffer grabbing the first interwebz pic of "some military stuff."
In defense of that statement standing alone, US Congressmen are afforded certain protections of their offices from searches and intrusion as a check against executive power. That's what he's referring to, but it looks apparent that that's not what really happened.
This reminds me of how the MSM trots out an oil industry "expert" right before they're about to jack up gas prices that we migght be looking at $5/gallon. Then when it only goes to 4 we all act giddy like our weekly shower rape stopped 5 minutes ahead of schedule.
Another vote for MSE. My only problem is it takes forever to run a full scan compared to other apps. I bet a full scan takes 3-4+ hours on my system. But, I always try to have at least 2 anti-virus apps installed and let them run a different times late at night.
Look for local farmers; produce and meat if you can find it. Do a side-by-side taste test and you'll see what I mean. The differences between "natural" farm products and industrial farm products are tangible. My boss has a small farm and the eggs are like night-and-day between the regular supermarket fair.
You're not aware of the history of labor in this country. Our history has been whitewashed of what workers went through to get that 40 hour week and overtime pay Americans seem to think was decreed by God in the Constitution. I've seen some great documentaries on labor struggles in this country; e.g getting your head bashed in by Pinkertons for a raise. One of the coolest I saw was about the *real* rednecks; West Virginia miners who wore scarves during their labor protests. Of course, it has a whole new connotation derived from insults against these poor, uneducated rural folk.
Wait, so was your neighbor's daughter hot?
We had a rich kid here in town who killed a pedestrian and fled the scene (probably a DUI) and ended up with a month in the slammer.

IOW he's apologizing for the discomfort his huge penis is causing his lover. That's not really apologizing my friend.

I was creating the 5th element last night.
You heard it here first. Gotta synthesize 'em!

I've read that our Iowa-first Presidential campaigns are a reason for the entrenched corn subsidies.
Self-serving as it might have been, T. Boone Pickens' idea was to use electric and hybrid for commuters and natural gas for heavy lifting vehicles.

Umm...Americans?
They might have been only be passing the first 16 characters into the hash all along.
Really, if I see a mushroom cloud and a 6-pack, the last thing on my mind will be "oh, I hope that's not irradiated." I'm getting WASTED!
Their women are all B cups. :(

That way we'd have known to ignore the premise.
But with a carrier it isnt dangerous nuclear posturing. Its a legitmate display and potential projection of conventional force.
The worst thing about how he was treated was the Navy turned around and implemented his ideas without acknowledging his contributions.
