MS creates VB, MS creates IE, MS adds VB support into IE (obviously), slashdot poster complain about IE supporting VB and how web developers like using it because it allows them to control their web site. Granted VB isn't secure, so you have the option NOT to install it when you install IE.
Where's the problem here? If you don't like VB support in IE you have two options, don't install IE or don't install VB scripting support.
where do you guys get off complaining about VB support in IE? Microsoft isn't the evile empire everyone thinks it is, and god forbid they actually have a decent product.
MAC is Ethernet, but IPv6 will read your MAC and calculate your IP using it so you have a unique address (you could effectively reverse the process and find someone's MAC from their IPv6 address). On top of this, you wont need to trace all the IP's from IPv6 because the packets hold onto the routing, this is a new "security" feature in v6.
but with all the technology around, they would be able to create adapters (same way we have adapters for US to UK voltage, etc...), probably save millions by sending up adapters and refurbishing equipment.
MIRcorp should donate the station to be salvaged for the new one.
why not create it so it searches a default folder for an update file (game patches, hardware update/add on), that way you can download the latest add-on/update and keep the game compatible with your latest hardware.
this is a great idea because it would free up system resources so games could take advantage of them, very cool.
been playing with it for a long time now....this is old news. it works nice I might add, and its a good thing MS has caught on, now IPv6 can start its path to wide-spread ussage.
can we say ~1,400 addresses per square inch of the earths surface....mmmmm.....ipng......
they had a remote control model that did all the rolling and a hollowed out model that fit a very small person (one would call them vertically challenged)
give the parents the power to choose for their children
maybe instead of parents blaming the system, they might take some responsibility and actually take part in their children's lives. "Children" shouldnt be given the power to choose.
I assume it wouldn't be much different than it is today. Since I'm not a programmer, I look at code and its already Chinese to me. If I wanted to learn a programming language it would take just as much effort as it would if it were in a different language, I think....

not only that, your complaining that IE5 supports it but gives you the option to NOT install support for VB? wow.......
seemed relevant.....it may happen!
if it connects to the stereo out on your comp you can pretty much broadcast ANY type of sound from your computer.

seems like a waste to me, instead of splashing it they could dismantle and use the solar panels/fuel tanks/filtration units for the new station!
never mind the fungus, they could jettison the fungus infected metals

so AOL has 98% of the IM market, I'm guessing that includes ICQ/AIM as a whole?

tis everywhere on the net AND their must be millions of personal copies on HD's/backups everywhere!
work it out, ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff (IPV6 address in HEX format)
thats 2 to the 128th power which means, 340,282,366,920,938,463,463,374,607,431,768,211,45 6 different IP addresses can be assigned
