It gives me the option to answer a call or it can read out an sms to me. It has never been connected to the Internet. It's not all that complex if a $50 device can do it for the last 5 years.

If the Air Force is to command control of the air then provide them with assets that do that. They control the water and the air and land around their fleet and ports.
