All you need really is a heat gun. A heat gun should soften the SMD connections without meltimg th ABS plactic, allowing you to reseat the connections. Maby you'll need some extra solder paste.

Coal is a very versatile resource. It can be cracked and liquified for home delevery and it's even more abundant that crude oil albeit harder to gather. But advances in robotics should, if corporations really cared about their workes, make mineing it safer and more efficent. As for the emmisions, why cant we just pump is back where we got it in the first place. Or perhaps some form of plant reactor could be created to resolidify it through natural processes and then the plants( a form of alge imagine) could be used a fertlizer. I could go on and on... It just seem sucudial to polute the air we breath fot the sake of the bottom line.
Plants convert CO2 into mass, burning Hydrocarbons converts that mass back into CO2. When we burn old Hydrocarbons from the ground all we are doing is turing the earth back into the toxic planet it used to be.
If we use biodisel or ethanol we are constantly reclaiming the CO2 we produce to get from point A to point B. Yay!
My point is unless you a plant you should see crud oil for the evil it is and leave it where it lies.

I will argue the that women should not have carears and their place is in the home. This is not meant to be an inflamitory remark only a beleif basied on an untestable theory. I also beleave the divergance from this model, created by necessity (and other factors) for survival in a capitolist society, impacts everyone through a ripple effect.
I imagine that the further from home (pre industrial era homes) oriented tasks the carear is the smaller the percentage of women you will find in them. I beleave to artifically inflate these numbers would only cause to increase social strains leading to increased negitive satistics in society.
