I don't have a copy of the game on this computer, but it is pretty trivial to go to the WoW settings file and add a line that says you have agreed with the EULA which will prevent it from appearing when the game launches. Something along the lines of EULAaccepted=1 in a config file. (There's actually 2 agreements every time you patch, I don't remember what the other is.)
I wonder if doing this would protect you from the terms of the EULA in a lawsuit like this.

The Right to Repair that was linked is the bill that requires automobile manufacturers to give independent repair shops the same information that the dealer shops get.
My ISP does block port 80 (http), but I can still serve HTML on port 443 (https). But then you either have to pay for an SSL certificate, or sign it yourself and have your visitors deal with a warning until they store your cert permanently.
