Are cash registers different in the US? here in Australia we have 5c,10c,20c,50c,$1 and $2 coins as well as $5,$10,$20,$50 and $100 notes and all the shops kmart etc. have all denominations.
At our Uni all incoming and outgoing ports are blocked on the student subnets, students must use a proxy and authenicate though a PIX fire wall which then tracks thee amount of data downloaded which comes off their monthy quota, anything over quota is chaged for.
I want multiple digital tuner card support (eg record 2 or more programmes at once), HTML/WAP iterface to programme the device remotly. And most of all to be able to play back on my TV.
Come on guys if the sysadmin had done his job there would be no problem. Microsoft has a free product called SUS server. If you have this and point all your client machines at it thay will all be kept up to date with the latest patches.
