...at least when compared to the inteligence of an average joe.
If that is the case, now that AI is at least as advanced as the average joe, time to start working on Meta-AI: a computer program able to distinguish between AI and the average joe.
That's because rational consumers 'persist' in saving a buck by buying the least expensive thing they think will fill their needs.
The rational does not persist, rather it is a new way of thinking. It probably has something to do with the guilt of having to throw away a top-of-the-line-x-years-ago-that-cost-an-arm-and-a -leg-back-then equipment which is worth nothing today (actually in some cases it costs money to get rid of the equipment). In my case, I can't throw away, but I don't use for obvious reasons, a functioning SGI workstation my company bought for $25K, 10 years ago.
"When I was a child, my mother lectured me on the evils of 'gossip,' " Seigenthaler wrote in the column. "She held a feather pillow and said, 'If I tear this open, the feathers will fly to the four winds, and I could never get them back in the pillow. That's how it is when you spread mean things about people.' For me, that pillow is a metaphor for Wikipedia."
Less than 10%? Just pay the fine and go on with your life, but please don't turn it into a fight out of principle. You'd expect MIT students to be either a lot less ignorant of the law, or savy enough not to get busted if they do break the law.

In previous releases kernel compilation borked due to several problems. At least one error was due to a typo in one of the scripts. (In all fairness the problem might not be Centostrific)
If Centos' genericization and repackaging of the RH product gives hint of RH's quality, then there leaves something to be desired.
Petty example: on x86_64, compiling the kernel fails due to two typo errors in one of the scripts (yes, there is a fix/patch), and then it fails again due to a problem with the offset?.? file. Does the same thing happen on RH?
Who records anything anymore anyway especially in analog? The crime should be wasting tax payers money debating the right of the citizens to record using baseball as an example when there are 150+ games/year/team. Couldn't they use an event that happens once a year as an example?
Make sure you tell a friend about the article.

If you are, how is this any different than for example the generic attire/monkey-suit your employer expects you to wear?
If you are not a federal employee and/or contractor, please have a sit and keep your mouth shut.
