    The computer work is evolving with everyday emerging techs. The number of computer eng.'s is in an exponential increase, and enterprises are releasing enterprise software every now and then, that carry very critical data. What is the status of the average user, depending on these tech.'s for his daily life, the more techs and engineers we have, more attacks are expected to occur.
    We should put in mind that security technology havent had a seroius breakthrough in the past few years, so are the bad guy eng.'s going to have all the fun, or are there going to be new protective ways and methods?

    What I really would like to hear is what redhat have to say about this. I mean SuSE literally said:
    "We at SuSE were greatly disappointed to learn of the SCO Group's recent actions......"...."we are currently re-evaluating our relationship with the SCO Group"
    I consider this as a threat to UnitedLinux, SuSE is one of the best Linux's around.

    If you are using Vmware to place honeypots, a hacker whom somehow found a way through that VM, he would know its a virtual machine from the system drivers used, and from the VMware tools installation on the guest OS.

    Dspite the fact i am one of the biggest Linus fans, but i dont think he should be exisiting in such a list. He is not an innovator, he is a supreme upper geek, with a vision, a good cause, willing and intention..... Haaailll for the man, but he shouldnt be on the list though:)

    Well, i am one of the cheesy devlopers that always use IDE's, i used Borland's CBuilder, Kylix, MSVC, and i havent met any major debugging problems except for a few bugs(i mean i had problems but i just handled them). Currently i am using Qt, and i have to admit, debuggin here is not easy, so i agree with u, WE NEED TO DEBUG.
