    No Facts or Evidence of Outrageous claims, we obviously need to investigate further.
    There is an investigation into outrageous claim with not supporting facts or evidence, therefore person is evil. We need to investigate further!

    There is no logic that can defeat this, it is perfect! SCANDAL!

    You'd be right, except the part that kind of assumes that it is the back yard Yagi pointing enthusiast and not the State sponsored bad actor in places hard to reach by normal "people that play for keeps".

    The iPad Pro is essentially already a "smallish" laptop(and largish tablet). The hybridization is where the two form factors meet. I'm sure Tim knows this already.

    Keyboards are becoming less relevant in the spaces where ultra laptops and tablets live.

  10. IF it wasn't for the full on Rigging of the Primary, Clinton wouldn't have won anything. She was a horrible candidate. People only voted for her because (D) behind her name. Far too many people vote that way, which is how you get Clinton vs Trump.

    Party before ethics and principles. BOTH parties are guilty.

    Is all but dead. It was killed off for "hangouts". If anything remains of Gtalk, it is just a skeleton of the service.

    You'd be correct except for one thing. You ignore competition and alternatives to high price goods. Perfect example, computers are faster smaller better and cheaper than ever before, all because competition. Even in the age of the Microsoft Monopoly, gave way to the idea of Linux, to the point now, where Microsoft has their own Linux version.

    But yeah, other than key part of capitalism left out, you're right!

    Why would you say it is "self funding"? It only appears that way. I can assure you, that eventually you'll run out of other people's money.

    Socialism has failure built in. There is NO possible way for it to work, given human nature. The assumptions of socialism are flawed. Universal Income is just as flawed as all other attempts at socialism.

    Here is how it will fail.

    Universal Income is implemented.
    Everything looks good initially (success!!!)
    Slowly over time, universal Income is increased (doesn't cover "basic" needs any more)
    Taxes slowly rise to cover Universal Income increases.
    People slowly figure out "why work", and quit
    The productive people leave due to increasing taxes, less opportunity
    The whole thing starts spiraling out of control downward.
    People start eating dog, because nobody is working, there is no food in stores etc.

    Eventually you run out of other people's money.

    It is a bit dumb, unless you're still able to get there within the mathematical precision. The problem is, many times the precision is not only not feasible, but don't help any actual value (which is your point). Sometimes, people do (and say) things "just because". In this case, I suspect the memo was initially leaked for "image" (marketing) purposes. And for that reason alone, may make it worth it.

    Document the risk. Document the mitigation suggestions. Document the reason why it remained. Document everything.

    Then when the fecal matter hits the air circulation device, they can't fire you, because you warned them repeatedly. If they are setting you up to be the fall guy, document EVERYTHING.

  25. It wasn't the FBI that was going to leak it, it was the NYPD, who had the laptop of Weiner, with the Under Age Girl on it. Everyone keeps forgetting WHY the whole thing was exposed. And now we know that Lynch was involved in that coverup, using Eric Garner's case to obfuscate (obstruct) the NYPD investigation into Weiner.
