Who gives a shit about the plebs who live in the shadow of our unregulated facilities that can do whatever the fuck they like? Going back to your bullshit example, nuclear power is perfectly fine if done properly, but doing it properly is expensive and threatens the bottom line if they have to worry about not radiating everything and disposing of the waste in a safe and sustainable way. The costs of that is why nuclear power dwindled, because it's cheaper with more profit to do it the old shit way.

Nope. You're thinking of authoritarian. Left wing, by actual definition, refers to political groups favouring liberal, progressive or radical views or political reform. North Korea doesn't allow for "wings" per se, but it is firmly opposed to all those principles.

On what fucking planet can you have leftist policies without imposing them via authoritarian means? Or do you really think it's NOT authoritarian in any way to FORCE a devout Christian baker to make a cake for a gay marriage? How is it NOT authoritarian to FORCE 9-year-old girls to share a bathroom with a 35-year-old self-styled "trans" MAN WITH A PENIS

Oh, no. That's not AUTHORITARIAN at all.

Oh, right. Your planet is in the Andromeda galaxy.

Your baker should fuck off opening a shop catering to the public if he's going to be a dick about it, hopefully he also refuses those with tattoos, those who eat shellfish, meat on a friday or wear clothes of mixed fabrics if he is so devout. According to the bible those are all as abominable as homosexuality, actually, are there different levels of abomination that maybe you are aware of that on one else is? Or he should do the Jesus thing and turn the other cheek. Oh, and stop forcing your 9 year old to share the cubicle with other toilet users, that's not what they meant, the communal areas of bathrooms are usually genital free regardless.

And there is a risk that everything you have heard about North Korea is wrong, that all information you have about it just is propaganda so that you won't see what real freedom is like. If you go to North Korea as a tourist, how do you know that you aren't led into a fake city setup in South Korea to make North Korea look like a dictatorship?

The analogy still holds, Andromeda is gluten free enough.

If North Korea was even remotely free there would be more than one way in on a tourist trip that still makes the place look like shit. There would probably be North Koreans all over the place going on about how good it is back home. Also they wouldn't have a dead man as eternal president for ever.

Try turning off the computer or TV instead of violating someone else's intellectual property. I realize it's not going to happen, but if we, en masse, just stopped watching the absolute dreg these companies are providing at ridiculous prices and terms, then the problem would clear up really quickly without the need to violate the law.
