We've managed to pick the biggest fucking loser of all time to run this country at a time when we need a JFK, or a Lincoln to run, what do we get? Herbert bloody Hoover or Chester Arthur.

I cannot understand how, with the Dems having a majority of the last 2 years AND HAD A LOWER APPROVAL RATING THAN BUSH can get an even clearer majority. Obviously the majority of American people are STUPID and FUCKING LAZY and refuse to be anything other than the damn victim.

All who voted for this dipshit are a disgrace to the country and the flag.

  7. Neither on Discuss the US Presidential Election & Education · · Score: 1

Both candidates have said they will continue with NCLB and I have to say it's the WORST possible way to get everyone an education. With NCLB there is no way to separate out the 'above averages' from the 'averages' from the 'stupids'. EVeryone is in a single class regardless of ability. In short, everyone gets taught to be mediocre. There is no rewarding someone for ability because that 'hurts the feelings of others'.

It's a complete sham and a joke. My wife is a teacher and I am telling you truthfully, she spends maybe 3.5 hours a day (out of 6) actually teaching) the rest of the time is done in 'assessments' and paperwork for NCLB.

It's a joke and needs to go away. Period.

God dammit, doesn't anyone pay attention to this shit? I mean, NO politician is going to back Net Neutrality with the money the Telcos willpump into their campaigns. We're screwed her in America, we're losing (if not lost) our Superpower status because these fuckers in Washington AND the big Telecoms are holding us back in the digital dark ages all for the sake of squeezing every last bloody dime from our pockets.
