i've never been to USA, but I've went to Canada and I was impressed by how big (and watered down) the coffee was in there (i drank in this canadian starbucks-like coffee shop franchise I don't remember the name right now). In Brazil otoh the coffee (spresso) is really small (about 50~70ml), but way too strong. I bet that there's more caffeine in those suckers than in the "small" coffees from that canadian shop i still don't remember the name.
the only place in Brazil where you can get these oversized coke drinks are in the local theather franchise cinemark, with it's 1.2 liter oversized cokes.
i recently came across this blog and i thought the same. I've read some few blogs before, but this one is very thoughtful and funny. Also very well written imo:)
a couple funny posts here and there is cool, some jokes even make me laugh (yeah, laughing @ slashdot jokes, im a loser, i know)..but cmon, there were like two hundred people posting the same joke one after another.
i assume he didn't have a digital camera (to be so desperate to build one out of chumps of wood and a scanner) and his scanner was gone for good, so how he took the pictures to upload to his site ?:)
I live in Sao Paulo and I saw at MTV Brasil the Vj commenting about this "lawsuit"...Hey Lars and James, you guys are pretty smart !! Now Napster got a lot of advertising all around the world because of none other than YOU !!!
