If your son wasn't allowed to walk for doing something other children did who were allowed to walk, then logically that wasn't the only reason. The fact that you open with saying he's never been in trouble and never caused any problems, then proceed to talk about how he has gotten in trouble, suggests that you are simply (perhaps willfully) uninformed.

That is good to know. I would have never though the quality of medical care would be that high. Still that is very good to know if I ever need surgery done.
After the data center is built it might generate around 5-10 jobs or so. Not that much work to make any change in the areas unemployment rate, but still great for anybody who manages to land a job after who knows how long.

In the end I do not like any apple product I have used, I dislike how locked down they are with hardware/software (with iPhones/iPod touch) I dislike the interface, and most of all I can't stand the cost as Apple products are just to expensive for most everything they offer.
I like the idea of an E-reader being used instead of paper here, but I believe the FAA needs to allow more then just Apple's iPad to be used as a replacement. How hard is it to understand that they are showing unfair favoritism to Apple if they do not at least consider any other option.

According to the artical the only device the FAA allows is the iPad. I was asking because if no other device is allowed to be used, then it means Apple has an unfair advantage over other devices. I also hate Apple and would rather not see an Apple products the only legal replacement for paper manuals.
This sounds like what is already in place in Japan. They use their cell phone to buy stuff and well as pay to use the subway system (not the sandwich chain, but that is always possible). I hope this case gets dropped as anything they would need to know about how to set this up, can be learned for Japan and the system already set in place there. It has been proven by time and (From what I know) is Commonplace to use there.

The worst part there will be people who don't know there cards were canceled and try to use it. It will not be a happy sign especially if they did not bring enough cash or a different card to pay with. So I wonder if they will be compensated or can sue for such damages. I know I would if it gets me into any trouble ether with the law or a restaurant or store because I found out my card was not valid a little to late.
PS3 is a powerful current gen system. Although when it was first released the GPU was lacking and still is. So I hope they pick a powerful GPU especially if they are going to want to make 3D gaming a big thing for there next system.
Still in the end it is not the specs that matter, it is the quality of the games that matter.

use a software or on screen keyboard? Last I heard keyloggers can't read them and is in windows already (Not sure about other OS's)
I did not notice the price till after I posted, but yes it is a overly expensive for what it comes with.
a 1.3ghz processor and 1 GB ram? Not really good, more so with the horrid battery life of only 3.5 hours :(
I have a better notebook already, so I can't find a reason to want this.

Not true, I did not pre-order DNF, but I got access because I bought borderlands on steam.
I don't judge anybody, but you have to admit some of them go way to far and can be scary.

True,but I expect they will be getting a few angry calls from people who did not hear anything when then find out there card was declined.
