  1. NeoPlanet Browser nixes Pop-Ups on No Pop-up Blocking in Netscape 7.0 · · Score: 1
NeoPlanet runs on top of IE, is skinnable, and when a pop-up is about to pop-up, gives you the option of allowing it or not. So, if you want the help box that a lot of sites use to pop-up, you click yes. If you don't want the CNN thing to pop-up, you click no.

Plus, matching your web browser skin to your winamp skin to your wall paper is sweet. kacp

Right now I am actually on a MUD. My char is female, I (In real life) am male. I highly doubt the relation my char is forming counts as cheating. Here's why:

    *I am not female

*The char reacts differently than I do
-(The char gave little thought to the relationship, I usually weigh each pro and con, and choose the best answer)

*The reasons for relationship are different

True that this game both sucked and (as you said) HELPED killed Looking Glass Studios, but to be honest, and to give a crappy game a chance, LGS may have gone out of business anyways. This has a lot more info on the demise of LGS, with their quick answer as

Looking Glass died because a series of problems compounded each other into a financially lethal situation. No single factor is to blame. No single person or entity killed Looking Glass. No one problem was enough, on its own, to kill the company. Nonetheless, the problems were deadly when combined. .

Think of it this way, the patent system is like a huge software system. Instead of isolating a bug and fixing it, you simply release a patch, which causes new bugs, which needs more patches, ect, ect. The system barly stands a chance of changing, so why not try the next best way, of which this may seem

I think this post shows pretty conclusively why we hate North Americans.

Why??? Because we've lived for 200+ years thinking we had freedoms to protest, to speak out against what we think is wrong and such? Which now are begining to fade slowly into the night like some cheezy western? Oh, wait, I've see you really meant jealous instead of hate, my bad.

Using my hated North American thought process, Jose should be allowed to protest however he wants, IF he is willing to accept any consequences, possitive or negative, that arrive due to his protest. In theory, that's how it is supposed to work here in the States, though that also is fading.
