As a Linux Fuckboi, I haven't had any problems with malware. Presently looking for a decent, cheap Linux phone, because I don't relish the idea of being a Google Fuckboi. I certainly am NOT going to be an Apple fuckboi, for many reasons as others above have pointed out.
Sure, there are going to be some people who'd be better of with *nix and who could cope with it, but they're not the ones asking. It's my grandma, uncle, cousin, sister, neighbor - all who care NOTHING about the "politics" of OSes, just want something that works.
Those are EXACTLY the people who I convert to Linux. No, not Arch or Gentoo. Ubuntu MATE, Mint, or Zorin, because they "just want something that works".
It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to figure out that Trump is a demagogue who engages his mouth before his brain. On the other side, his opponent is a demagogue who is totally scripted.
So far, I'm voting Libertarian again, if his/her name isn't Lucifer or Hitler...
My newest PC is 4 years old. All run Linux. I'll replace parts when they break, need a new battery in my laptop soon. So, let me know when a new PC does something more.
