    it's true, as an experienced internet user, I don't use chatrooms nor download music. However I do play online games; not the browser based ones.

    It clearly states in the feature list that you can use your own ISP. However AOL/Compuserve aren't supported.

    Yes, but that stuff doesn't come for free even if they have you believe otherwise. I agree, MS should include an AntiVirus. But I'm sure they don't feel like getting into another lawsuit.

    Actually, now it does tell you that a program is trying to access your address book. It may surprise you, but yeah many companies use that feature. Do you really think that MS just felt like adding more code to Outlook just for the heck of it?

    First they come up with the World Copyright Treaty and then, in an attempt to prove that they have control over everything, they ask that MS do whatever they want. Imagine that, putting Java in a stripped-down version of Windows. Sure sounds weird.

    Those Marketroids are the ones who figure what people need and what they dream about having so they can suggest a product that will appeal to the majority. What is the meaning of a good product when no one wants it?

    This reminds me of the movie industry. I see plenty of foreign movies receiving awards, oscars, etc. Maybe they're good but I don't usually like them. Hollywood movies appeal to the majority of the population and that's why everybody watches them.

    Actually the school has to pay for those ibooks. I don't see how a Mac can be cheaper than a Linux powered laptop.

    It does get to -40 degrees celsius in Canada if you count the wind factor. In winter the tempurature is usually -20 degrees and I don't see myself using IT at that temperature.

    What advantages does it bring that the bicycle doesn't? And what exactly will people do in winter? Sure they say that it works well on snow, but I don't feel like riding it when it's -40 degrees outside. I agree, it's a technological marvel but I don't see how it can help me in my day-to-day live. At a speed of 8 miles an hour, it's clearly not enough. I can walk faster than that.

    So what you're telling me, is that given the opportunity, people will steal if they're sure they can get away with it?
