    hmmmm not knowing much of the details i`d say first finding the creator (lurking hacking forums?) getting his password (cracking is probably out of the question, so a keylogger) then from his computer update the virus to either delete itself or attack its self, if possable; otherwise send out easy to run cd to fix the problem and hope most people run it, so the botnet cant be taken by someone else

    after all it isnt indestructible

    most of what he said was true for xp (and maybe vista but i never installed vista) windows 7 made leaps and bounds when it came to installing it

    my complains about windows 7 are: slow install time for the depending on the media u use (usb will be quick but dvd installs are slow, and unlike linux u cant do anything else while its installing), the drm, having to install an antivirus before anything else, tracking down software (ninite has made it better), and finally slow boot times and dealing w/ windows limits(i like switching my gui w/o following an hour long walkthrough)

    the only ones that affect it after day one dont seem to bother other people

    really? have u never used linux? windows gets in my way on every turn, if it wasnt for "wine" not working well or most games using directx i wouldn't mutiboot

    im guessing they dont have spare data centers around, or video chat bandwidth and guessing how badly wave and buzz went they are probably taking it slow so it isnt "manufactured" much at all

    actually no, im from utah, the state w/ the lowest money per pupil ratio by far, and we are doing ok ( think we are higher then the median on every meaning less test the force students to take), what matters is more how stable the students lives are, how happy the teachers are, and how educated the parents are, etc.
    while all of these are correlated w/ wealth it isnt caused by it directly
