    Ban the thing and surround the whole stage with a strong Faraday cage and install repeater for doctor pager. The court is supposed be a spectacle that stands out of time. It is not something of the common man, it should be grand, imposing and restrictive to ensure a certain level of deference.

    my pension plan is the following, I have a unionized job in a medium ivy university, I get 3.35% of the average of my best five years by years worked there. I got job security and that I plan to retire atfer 35yr of service. I will therefore get what I got when I retire without doing anything else to save money!

    I excluded the ndp since the candidate in my riding is kinda delusional. I excluded the green since they still a fringe party and I don't like their social conservativeness. The bloc want to separate from the rest of the Canada so I excluded them to. I also excluded the communist party of Canada since they are composed of lunatics that plan for a revolution. I can't vote for the pirate party since they have no candidate in my riding so to me it feels like a two party system

    The conservative were proven to lie in Parliament and you consider them to be the best choice. WTF !!!???
    You have the choice between a corrupt party lead by a failed economist and a corrupt party lead by a successful academics. As an academic (both as faculty and as student) I think that I should vote for the corrupt party lead by the academic.

    You would have a hard time making the difference between my java apps and a native one. The secret is to use the native platform look, release resource early (some java programmer are totally ignorant about this since the jvm close everything for you on exit), lazy load your ressource, use expiring ressources cache and optionally to gain 5 to 10 % (startup or running but not both) performance attends to one oracle formation on the JVM garbage collector tuning.

    The sad thing about java is that it enable a lots of morons to write applications but if you know it well this language shines.

    objective-c is not the same as java

    Objective C is the result of small-talk and C having unprotected sex . But small-talk expressive power is much greater than the expressive power of java and in C you can code anything that is possible on your system as you have a raw acces to that system. So I must concede that objective-c must be a really powerful language. But it syntax is so awful that I always get sick before I really take the time to get use to it.

    You don't "just not get stuff from China?"
    You tax it to account for the difference between their unaccounted externalities (pollution, labour laws, etc...) and ours. A tax like bring back some needed jobs home and it put pressure, on the countries that you are importing from, to raise to your standard, instead of this stupid race to the bottom that we are currently in.

    Consumerism in it's current form is certainly a great sources of trouble, but with an import tax cleverly designed it is certainly a great source of prosperity.
