    Cyberwar is the new nuclear war.

    No it's not. it used to be that nuclear weapons were out of reach for a private entity. It is not the case with cyberweapons. How do you regulate the action of the mafia or the triads ? How do you apply a treaty onto an individual ? Treaty and regulation works for limited availability weapon but for something as easy to produce, I dont see how it could work.

    If the server serving the image is part of the analytic campaign,no you dont. However, most of the time, the analytics services are not provided in-house, but the big image is.

    So you sign the contract knowing full well that you most likely are in breach, but the odds of you getting sued are sufficiently low to take the risk. How software and business method patents could possibly encourage innovation is beyond me.

    my old, now dead (5 years and I am still sad), dog used to open door to the computer room* when she wanted to go outside for a walk. She used to bring her leashes with her to emphasize that she wanted to walk and not only to go outside. I never saw a cat communicate as clearly... but anecdote is not evidence

    * it was a door with a flat handle, not a round knob
