    Why does the story submitter want me to justify myself because I love using my Mac better than I enjoyed my previous Linuxette ?

    For example, those who think they are overweight ask a higher price to step on a scale in front of their peers, than those of average weight.
    I guess it's not the same for underweight.
    It all depends on how bad this would be perceived :
    Obese people will less likely be understood by "normal" people whereas skeletic people will actually be overprotected as the ill people they represent.

    I personnally have thousands of MP3, but I listen to these 512MB at once using my Sharp Zaurus : I think an iPod drive will never be big enough for all, that's why I prefer compiling my weekly 8-9-hour long list and keep being surprised by stuff I would not listen too otherwise : this has to be a little difficult to remain interesting !

    Exactly, this is the reason why I actually bullshit them, it doesn't bring anything more valuable but it maintains the level of mediocrity they apparently promote.

    BTW, I really enjoyed the Triplettes de BElleville and I hope they'll get one : it was wonderful storytelling and realisation.

    Why was this modded as flamebait ?
    MSFT is one of the richest American company which profit is stock based.
    Their sales go up => their stock value increase.
    Now, If their stock value diminishes, then the US economy also share the loss hence the direct correlation between Bush (who's not actually keen on others' refusals) and MS.

    With an 80% gross margin, I guess it won't hurt them that much... Especially with Bush's obvious support, EU will have to be somehow less severe (maybe indulgent).

    Now, with a proper sed'ing :

    Yep, I guess this explains why garage fees are so hiugh in Switzerland : they've got standards to respect so the country where I now live might also explain why even middle ranged cars such as Peugeot are that high profiled :)

    Well, I previously had a Fork Ka and a Volkswagen Golf, I then purchased a 306, and I now have an 806HDi.
    I have to say that, in .CH that is, Peugeot cars are really well maintained. Worth the investment.

    Not Apple, they do not care : they have a niche which is gaining sufficient money to keep them rich and developing sexier stuff.
    If the ywant some Linux stuff, they might encourage porting it because this is also what Open Source is for.

    This is no false, in Switzerland, a coutnry where people improt cars and usually prefer reliable ones, you can see as many French cars as German or Scnadinavian ones.
    Peugeot has really changed during the last 10 years and their 406 really rocks.
    Same apply for Renault.
    The 80's are definitely over and BMW begins to wonder where they'll soon be as James Bond stopped advertising for them.

    Is there somebody stupid enough to think Open Source advocates which indeed are Hackers (a.k.a. "Bidouilleurs") are hackers (a.k.a. "skr1p7 k1dd13z") ?

    Well, IMHO, patenting software would appeal to something much more accurate as "one-click ordering"...
    It'd involve huge complex algorithms along with an exhaustive study...
    My point is not to encourage software patents, but rather to make these hard to get so that only the people who actually desserve to be patented will be.
