I remember being called while I was on the top of the Schilthorn (the Piz Gloria is the restaurant in which G. Lazenby plays "At Her Majesty's service"). So I guess the coverage is quite decent, even far up the mountains.:)
You could indeed run GNU/bc on a Zaurus (which an exam guard would anyway notice as a an unauthorized tool tool), but you'd lack the extra geekiness of a true RPN calculator.
While I was a teacher, I also happened to guard exams. I can assure you that I met very few people (nobody would not be a big lie) who'd recognize a communicant calculator. Also, in France, calculators are allowed only if their sizes are within allowed specifications so, you can happily go there with such a (geeky) "toy"...
BTW, when I was a student, I once met a guard who'd consider my Casio FX4000P as the data storage (550 signs, enough for most formulae in sms-style) it was. He took it with a pen and pushed the data-reset button, on its back. What he didn't know is that I actually disconnected it before, so we both had a reason to be satisfied, this day;)
What about sales volume ? Why do we only have percentages ? What does this survey count ? IT looks like they forgot ARM half a billion units, or Motorola and IBM increased sales of G[345] procs.
This 0,1% increase/decrease is unsignificant and this article is as noisy as these meaningless figures.
Jesus Christ ! If I didn't know a few of the 80's artists (Cure, U2), I'd then totally misunderstand what this article is about ?! Does this mean that most 20-year old quality stuff is available for free ???
The Superman red and blue bodysuit is perhaps the most famous costume in both television and cinematic history, and the red and yellow "S" logo has truly become an American icon.
Is Christopher Reeves Dead yet ? I have not heard anything on the radio, except he recently flew to Israel ?
You got trolled by the submitter and marked as flamebait by a millionerd.
Well, it's expensive, indeed, especially for something that may not be useful anymore once its owner gets engaged : I indeed think a decent household would not accept such oddities in her home.
So, now, instead of modding people you don't agree with to oblivion (typical US way to solve the Afghan conflict), what about having some unanonymous hero telling us about why he think he *must* spend that much for a "fake".
(the real part of a fictitious object *is* a fake)
Dear Roblimo, I indeed noticed it was "fairly later" and even added a smiley in order to unobfuscate this attempt at being funny. Of course, my main purpose was simply to answer the above AC. Now, I am quite sorry you did not get my point, I will simply suggest this is due to intercultural differences:-)
You could have a little more fun: A Sharp Zaurus SL5500 can read MP3 *and* DivX, doesn't heat at all and could stay up to 10 hours on external battery supply. just l337-view movies on its 320x240 screen:)

the suggestion got modded up here so this can neither be offtopic, nor flamebait !
imagine a flying Palestinian suicide bomber...
Do you expect him to get a Darwin award with this ? ? :)
Oh, OK, I get it now :)
Sometime it's better to view the running program... at least mentally.
$data[1] =~ s/\(([0-9]+)*\)$/\t$1/;
I thought this was enough as it finds a number between parenthesis at the end of field and convert it to a new TSV cell...
John, of course, especially if we're speaking about movies !

Yep, but let's watch it differently :

The denser the population, the highest the probability to meet a monolingual person.

Finally : it is a dupe (answers here), but a fairly late one
Photoplane takes aerial pictures using a small remote-controlled plane.
OK, that's a bit of an exaggeration.
