Ahh Power is fleeting. It is but a illusion. And secrets are but a dream. Maybe if the NSA spent more time worrying about what they do than about what other people do they wouldn't be in the mess they are. They are so concerned about the toothpick in someone else's eye that they can't see the beam stuck in theirs.

OK this comet was coming at Earth. Chuck Norris found out. He used a SpaceX ship to fly to the comet. He twisted the comets tail with his powerful karate and made it spin out of control. (which is why it now has 6 tails) Now it will miss the Earth by millions of miles. Once again Chuck Norris has saved humanity!!

  6. A different view of the event on India To Launch Mars Orbiter "Mangalyaan" Tuesday · · Score: 1

I look at it a little different. Given the number of natural catastrophes that have befallen the Earth over the last few million years, something WILL happen again. Catastrophic weather changes, super volcano blowing, radiation from a super nova, wandering black hole effect, meteor striking the earth, etc. There are any number of things that could destroy ALL human life on this planet. You say what is my point? I think our only hope of guaranteeing survival of the human race is to get some of us off the planet. Live on Mars, live in Space Stations, Discover new worlds and make colonies there and maybe even some day terraforming a planet and starting a new world. The only way to achieve that goal is to increase studies into space travel and actually doing it. Otherwise we are pretty much guaranteeing the human race will eventually be wiped out by something or someone. I hope people are able to see the big picture and help ensure the survival of the human race. I for one applaud the launch even if they did it for political purposes, it still is a step forward for everyone. Just my 2 cents.

Even H.S. students know that "government" and "intelligence" are two words that do not belong in the same sentence, hehe. Hmm now here's a scary thought. If they can't even get a website right, something a H.S. student can do, how can they make the health care system work? Now there's food for thought. LOL

I don't know what was in the man's mind when he helped start this mess. He may well have had good intentions, I don't know. But he made a mistake and is now trying to correct it. At least he is not trying to cover it up. Others have already done that enough. It's like Shakespeare said "the best laid plans of mice and men often go astray". I hope this problem can be fixed, because we all realize it is out of control now and being abused on a epic level. At this point unfortunately he may be the little dutch boy putting his finger in the dike. I hope not.

I'd give you points if I had any. You are correct. We have Senator's and Congressmen who get paid insane money for being a "consultant" to some corporation. $50k and up. They NEVER go to the company. The never submit any info to the company. They just get a check every month. Of course the fact they helped vote on bills that substantially helped this company has nothing to do with it right? wink wink, nod nod, nudge nudge. The open corruption in our country is so out of control it's insane. Hell even kids know it. When corruption reaches the level even children are aware of it, wow. Sad.

  14. If I had Mod points I'd give them to you. You hit it right on the head. Let's make the focus about what it should be here. They used a false pretense to get a warrant. That warrant had nothing to do with files about THEIR illegal activity. So HER rights were violated and she was/is being illegally detained because she was arrested under false pretense. Thank you for having the guts to stand up and take the CORRECT stand. Its not about whether she used encryption or not. It's about the illegal act they performed. Basically they are butthurt because she outed them for lying to Congress.
