    i tend to agree with that sentiment, however i would change it slightly to "we are meant to work for working itself and not for things"

    but that is a cyclical problem to solve.

    considering any development of AI is probably going to be a work of a mad genius, money probably won't be the factor for it.
    like the atomic energy (+'s and -'s aside), not if we should but rather just can we do it.

    money being worthless is actually a noble goal of civilization, not sure if google actually fits in that future either though.

    and this is a perfectly legitimate practice. Business is run for profit, tax shell game is to maximize profit. if the shell game is ended and prices rise, the market (consumer) will decide what is fair price/profit for a product and if they are willing to pay it.

    if apple(whatever else) continues to be profitable despite being taxed, then that defines them as a successful business that has a great product... just like it should be.

    thighs are either bad and they need changing or they are not bad and don;t need changing. Bernie supporters (including me) believe we need things to change, if the rest of the democrats (real or otherwise) think things are not so bad then i am willing to vote for trump because in 4 years things WILL be that bad that the democrats will be willing to change.
