    The study posts that, once small and medium business can use cloud products to just eliminate their IT department, they'll use those savings to hire people for their core business.

    Or they'll just put it towards profits and big bonuses for the CEO and senior staff, creating no jobs at all.

    Assuming their long term plan is autonomous aircraft fighters (as is with other military superpowers), they wouldn't want entire fleets to fail because their calibration site was sabotaged or damaged.

    Yes but this way is "easy" to know were the calibration units are. If it was some random existing structure it would be harder to tell.

    When I think back to playing vast adventure games, like Below the Root, that amazingly fit on two sides of a 5.25" floppy, but the same game now would probably be written to take up a CD-ROM, even using the same graphics. Programmers have lost the ability to optimize.

    I think they have the hability (some of them at least) but don't have the need or the time.

    As long as Reader is still Readable (usable). They could also merge Buzz and Youtube with G+. For me Youtube is Google's main social network not G+, and would benefit from G+ features.
