Agree with this completely. Which has greater impact on education, 5000 new computers or one good math teacher? If you wanted to teach children to code you could do it on an IBM XT from 1984. As you pointed out, maybe educators save on materials by going digital instead of paying for textbooks, but as to a computer's educational value, depends entirely on the teacher and what they are teaching.
Will they solve the problem of circumventing this technology with a photo of the person? Will law enforcement officials unlock your phone by holding it up to your face? When will they add a self destruct button for my phone?
Why are people always delighted with webOS? Back when HP tried to get into the tablet market with the Touchpad reviews of the UI were mostly positive. Had "real multitasking" before the iPad, etc. Has LG actually done anything with this OS?

When we lived in the physical world instead of the virtual one, it was possible to express opinions and leak information through a media that was made of paper. Now, the online world provides all kinds of avenues to provide confidential information and criticism, but if the courts make it so protections don't apply online, then I guess people will have to return to the traditional methods.
