    Make shure you record all your calls to them and thiers to you. Let them know your recording the calls. Ask them if they are recording the calls; then tell them you WILL supena all the calls made (as well as all internet data pertaining to said contract.) This gets their attention. And lets them know your serious. If you get no good results; then you'll have all the calls to hand to your lawyer.

    Sorry it's not going over the west coast. It's traking over Mexico to the Gulf of Mexico and then Florida.
    I'm hoping we'll get a look-see here in Houston.

    Somewhere on NASA site is the Ground Tracks to see the flight path. I'm to lazy to Google it.

    Try vinegar 1 cup per gallon water. Soak feet for a good while. Spray a little in the shoe if you can't wash the shoes. If you can wash the shoes then use bleach and a little vinegar in the wash.
    Oh... and always buy shoes that are on the top shelf and have not been tried on by an "athlete!"

    PS. If you have a problem with "athletes foot" then please "GO TO THE SHOE STORE WITHOUT YOUR SHOES ON!" BUY CLEAN SOCKS BEFORE TRYING ON NEW SHOES! Use the above remedy to help with your fungi problem!

    Only if you can "pronounce and speel" what your cute little program tells you to use.

    I find keyboard patterns work very well.
    You do not have to remember actual charaters; just patterns.
    I bit of waring; If you try to remember your password by leters instead of patterns; you just might mix it up and forget it all together. I've done it a few times.

    But having pysical access to the boxes makes it not a big problem. Just reset with a live boot disk.

    If the ISP is blocking "child porn" and you are thier customer and "accidently" surf a porn site you thought was a legit site; are you responsible? Keep in mind that you beleve your safe from bad sites because your ISP is blocking and protecting you from underage porn sites.

    It would be cool to surf porn and not worry about sites from other countries where the legal age is 16 or 17 when your in a country with 18 or more as a legal age.

    After all if you hit a underage porn site; it's already to late; the pictures are in your cache!
    Short of a vat of acid for your hard drive; your screwed if you get "caught!"

    And NO THIS IS NOT A JUSTIFICATION FOR WILLINGLY SURFING "CHILD PORN!" You ass wads out there harming children need to spend some time in a Texas Prison!

    I just looked at the CDs. The price it too high for me. Offering mutiple prices would be nice. $10+sh to $45+sh... pick your price. You want to give more then donate. And yes I know my security is worth $45. But having a server comes first.

    Let's lay this to rest people...

    Microwaves (wifi) are dangerous! No dought about it. We've know this since the 50s'. The question is at what level is it going to hurt you? Anyone know any study to look for higher levels of cancer around the old microwave towers of AT&T?

    I would worry about a 2W cell phone right next the the head way before I worry about a 200mW WiFi that is 10 feet or more away.

    I will keep my wireless and my cell phone. I'll just not stick them up my ...

    the cops around here are so lasy. They sit in the local mexican food joint at 2am so they don't have to write tickets to the drunks driving.
    I have seen it many nights.

    As well...
        The other day my brothers were following a bum who stole some designer tile from a construction site. They had the cops on the phone while following this crook. The cops were not intrested. When they did show up it was over half an hour later. By that time the crook sold the goods to the local appliance shop and split. When the cops ask the owner of the shop about the tile; "i did'nt buy any tile". The cops droped it after that.

    Cameras won't help if the cops don't do thier JOBS!

    start charging Verizon for the bandwidth of my brain that they use every time they broadcast a bad TV comercial into my eyes without my permission or a TOS contract!

    Ok fun aside; I pay my provider, and they pay theres and so on and so on. Google pays their provider and so on and so on.

    Children, can we say "Corporate Greed" or how about "Unfair Trade Practices" or the best of all "Corporate Raketeering".

    Verizon rep: "It would be a shame if your customers should develop packet loss problems."

    Google rep: "Are you threating your own customers?!"

    Verizon rep:"No! no! Your customers!"

    Google rep:"Yes they will be soon with our new wireless network."

    Google rep: "By the way; See you in court."

    On a side note: No verizon phone for me. I "was" thinking about it; but i'll find another.

    Congrats and thank you for leaving more energy for me to use!
    After all I need this Overclocked, Peltier chiped, four cooling fans, two monitors, TV output, 300watt sterio amped, video switched, VCR input (now in standby), CED input (also in standby), Laser Disk (also in standby) input, Athlon CPU, 4 Hard Drives (never in standby), 2Gig DDR Ramed computer.
    Just so i can type this crappy response to your cool post! ;)

    No. The tubes were in a sort of stanby mode. The filiments were running at about 1/3 power so they warm up fast. The high voltage was off completely. I would bet they took less than 1/3 the ON power in the "stanby" mode.

    Even if the filiments were in full on; they would still only be a fraction of the overall power of the TV. The resistors dissipated a lot of power. The circuit design back then was a "wast power to reduce voltage" type of design. Now days all circuits are designed to switch power to reduce voltage. Much more efficent.

    With todays low power silicon there is no reason to waste power. If it takes more than 1watt to run a switch then it's too much. Maybe 3watt if you want a "remote control on" feature.

    Nothing like a good "CLICK!" to let you know it went off!
