It's so easy to sit behind a screen and bitch and moan about the copy protection and the "widescreen issues", and threaten class action lawsuits. You don't like the copy protection? You have three options Man up, focus your energy and crack the damn thing, buy it for the 360, or shut the hell up. You don't like the FOV? Use Racer_s's fix.
Am I the only one sick of seeing boards flooded with all the whiney skript kiddies? Worried about what will happen when 2k isn't around to validate your install anymore? I got news for you, there's gonna be a crack, or 2k will deal with it when the time comes, or you can buy it from Steam (or the like) for $5.
I think this game is great, very entertaining. Worth the ~$45 for the PC version.
You sir are talking out of your ass. If you had ever worked on an enterprise level web application you would know that the first thing you need are SOFTWARE ENGINEERS. I don't know who put you on that high horse, but your mommy needs to take you off and change your stinking diaper. Because you're full of shit.
I can't stand when people use the phrase "Who gives a fuck?". It is one of the most ignorant and unintelligible phrases in the English language. Great obviously you don't. Or maybe you do. You did, after all, click the link and take the time to make a stupid post. C'mon now, don't be such a flamer.
Um... fallout 2 had voice acting. And what the hell is is "guarantee that it will most definitely be remotely like Oblivion" supposed to mean? I guess I can guarantee you most definitely didn't remotely pass the 8th grade.
Credit information is surprisingly easy to change due to the Fair Credit Act. Just call TransUnion, EquiFax and Experian. As long as its not your current address you can tell them that the address is wrong and you would like it deleted. They'll tell you that they need to do an "investigation". They only have 30 days to investigate the dispute. They hardly have time to investigate where John Doe lived in 1988 so the address will get removed. Hello cleaned up credit report!
Thanks, I see a lot of "bad" attitudes on here, especially concerning the tech job market. Guys, the market is hot right now, companies WANT to hire Americans. The problem is they want people who have shown they can do the job which means a little experience. Where are your college internships? co-ops? Hardly anyone ever falls in love with their entry-level job. You work for a few years and find something better. Thats just the way it is. Don't expect to get a $70K/yr job with your shiny new CS degree and no experience. The point is to always be progressing. If you can't change something you might as well accept it rather than waste your time fighting. The universe owe's you nothing, you never get what you deserve, only what you negotiate.
I disagree. The "It's not what you know it's who you know" slogan is really getting old. Let's be honest. The only people still using that phrase are retired old fogies that spent their lives working for the man. It lost it's "wise words" factor in 1973. In this day you have you know what you're doing as well as build working relationships and a professional network. The jobs I have gotten have always been determined by my skillset and experience and not my reputation with any open source projects, or even my past employers. Of course a good reputation never hurts. I doubt my employers even checked the references I gave them. The difference between $30k and $100k is experience and negotiation.

Who are you trying to fool? Drinking beer all day will impair all but an alcoholic.
Not me, every developer I know that knows what they're doing including myself have great positions. Solid market in the heart of America.
I had to call them and talk to tech support to get them to "activate" my modem because their software breaks half way through on OS X.

"If you're so smart why ain't you rich?"

Zing! Chances are they were in one once when they were young. They just don't remember, and it was their mom's :\. Oh well, it was good for me.
Zing! All though chances are the OP was in one once for a bit, when they were really young. They just don't remember, and it was their mom's :\
Squig-
Your journal entry on DST is pretty weak. Did you write that for a 10th grade creative writing assignment?
Um... fallout 2 had voice acting. And what the hell is is "guarantee that it will most definitely be remotely like Oblivion" supposed to mean? I guess I can guarantee you most definitely didn't remotely pass the 8th grade.
Easily the best game for the IIe
Sometime in the near future something is going to happen. It could be good for you. But don't bet on it.

Time to fire the infrastructure team :\
I had a job interview with Diebold about 4 years ago. This makes me glad they never called me back.

I'm sorry. You sure it's not your attitude thats the problem?
Not so great for eye candy.

Since when does being an individualist imply poor communication skills?
I LOVE THIS JOB! HOORAH!
