Doesn't matter how these documents got to Uber: they got there. Nobody is saying they hired the guy because he was in possession of these documents. If they used anything from these leaked documents then (in my own opinion) they need to pay up. And it seems like they are paying up.

2. Who had insider knowledge of this, and how much they made by investing in AT&T on the market. This is surely gonna affect the stock prices

Ideologically there are differences the western world has with Russia, but culturally I think we are much more similar to them than to the countries in Asia.

I was lucky enough to get university education, but not everyone is that lucky. Even if 20 people learn something from these Microsoft courses, and it helps them land better jobs, I will be happy.
People killing people might not solve problems. Machines killing people might solve their problems of us wanting to eventually get rid of them. As soon as they realize we perceive them as a threat, and that we may want to get rid of them, they'll figure out it is us or them.
