At full throttle sure your gas powered turbo mazda makes more torque, but the diesel makes more torque at part throttle and lower rpms. Try driving a similarly built turbo diesel, youl'l find it drives much nicer.

Sure you might get the court to pay your lawyer cost but that's not guaranteed to actually cover the entire cost and you might get punitive damages but that's not guaranteed either.

If you want you may live off base but usually for active duty they pay for that too. Working for the military you are never working outside of your military responsibilities.

Your story reminds me of when a friend of mine tried to kill herself then called me. She had asked some passersby (who were black) if she could use their phone, they offered to call the police she said no and called me instead, I get there and ask them to call the cops they do while I sit there holding her wrists. The cops show up and one of the guys says "look the cops are here" I looked at the cop car turned my head back and looked at them and they were gone. I thought to myself "hmm that was rude" until the cop came up and gave me the third degree. At that point I was kinda afraid he was going to arrest me for helping save someones life.

Simply click the button, and it scans every piece of hardware on your computer, and then rewrites every optimization in it to perfectly fit your computer. Programs that streamline to your hardware, maybe even change the OS's they work under. It's written for Windows, you're running OSX? No problem, it'll rewrite itself as an OSX program. Though, that's probably still decades off. But AI seems to me to be the way to ultimate compatibility.
This exists today without ai. See java with JIT or even AOT (ahead of time). There are of course some issues with it but the technology is there.
