As it was mentioned in the article, yes you would have a "new" printer according to this kind of tracking, the thing id be more concerned about is recycled cartridges, if you get a recycled cartridge does it not then look like your printer was the one that made the document?

If only you werent full of it, i've lived with cats my entire life, i've grown up with veterinarians my entire life, some cats need to be outdoors. Cats are quite intelligent and very capable of defending themselves, a cat has a far greater power to weight ratio than any other animal, the little 10 lb neighbourhood cat is capable of killing animals many times its size, they dont because of the risk but they are very capable of it. Cats are also very capable of feeding themselves, why do you think theres a HUGE problem with unneutered animals? because they survive just fine when they end up strays and they continue reproducing.

you should have asked to talk to the supervisor then when you got him/her (basicly the "supervisor" isnt a supervisor 9 times out of 10 its just another phone agent pulled off the phone to "coach") ask for his/her supervisor and complained then. they record ALL calls and the providian contract is VERY shakey it gets dropped and re picked back up all the time, every time it is dropped, everyone is fired and they must be retrained when the contract is picked back up.
