but, don't you need to have the file in order to connect to the swarm?
isn't the swarm protected by an encrypted hash tag?
doesn't connecting via that encrypted hash tag grant permission to the downloaders by way of the file being present on the swarm shared by those authorized to do so?
From my experience, users don't know how to use windows. They never have. Users always asked me to put icons on their desktop because they didn't understand the start menu.
People who actually know how to use windows use the start menu, a lot.
It's because your 115 users don't actually know how to use the operating system. And that is your failing.
I have stuck with windows for the past 10 years for specifically this reason. I'm a Linux admin by trade. I see no reason after steam games are stable on Linux to stick around. (except the crap feast which is origin.)
wow, look at the resolution and framerate on that!
that's nothing, wait until porn directors gets one of these!
Grammar matters unless you want to appear to be a babbling idiot. Then by all means, ignore grammar.
This is nothing more than attempts by the ignorant to drag you down to their level where they will beat you with experience.
cacoo.com It's an online diagramming tool. You can create diagrams and flow charts alike.
It's far more useful than using a spreadsheet. https://cacoo.com/tour
excel? really? are you sure you have all of your NT 3.51 servers listed in there?

There, I made it happen.
I see your argument, but doesn't the RIAA participation in a swarm mean they granted permission to download since they were offering up the file too?
since single does never share a complete file with another single doe, it may be necessary.
It becomes difficult to prove infringement of a song when you shared seemingly random data which does not make a song.
it's like being in an irc channel when someone makes specific threats about something.
Are you responsible for those threats? Did you interact with that person simply by being there in the channel?

I agree, if my kids don't rebel when they become teenagers, I'm doing something wrong.
Besides, school will teach my kids how to read and write. I will teach them how to communicate.
School will teach my kids how to add and multiply and I will teach them how to calculate.
School will teach my kids about the past. I will teach them about the future.
And school will teach my kids about natual history and science. Maybe not, I will have to teach my kids science.

And I don't really know anyone who thinks wind power is bad.

wait, what? I read what you wrote and I'm responding, but I don't understand, you see I am from Texas.
of course you use your pinned apps most of the time, that's why they're pinned.

they charge more for their standalone packages than their dual or triple packages.
it's not paranoid if it's true.
So, the difference between doing a good job and a bad job and getting away with it is just that people hear about it?
If you do a good job, then you shouldn't worry about people knowing it.
I'm sure it's actually RTLinux a custom flavor used by DOD and NSA and OGA for hardware.
It doesn't have to be GPL because they're not releasing it for use.
you seem to favor the companies that I think of as crap.
I thought everyone knew that ASUS has better boards. Evga has better graphics (lifetime warranty!)
WD has better drives. And yes, I've had to RMA with all three of those companies.
explain it this way, they're already taxed on that.
It's through electricity. Data is just structured electricity. They pay taxes on that already.
NVIDIA hardware is actually stable at 100C though.
