well, no news is good news! A differential of 242 reports is not that much! And I'm even a Linux admin! this doesn't account for severity either, but it just goes to show you, don't trust security reports in any form.
this could potentially be a good thing. if there is no MSRP, then retailers could be driven by insane competition. The consumers could drive prices down even lower. If you search on the internet, there's always going to be someone charging less than the other guy. then again, it could lead to a "faster than the lion" scenario. if you and a friend are running from a lion, you don't have to outrun the lion, you just have to outrun your friend.
would this be the case though?
I think car prices are going to skyrocket.
I don't think computer hardware will be hit too hard.
you're forgetting about the document security built into.doc files these days. and a word on the suite.
I've been using ms office since around 1997. The latest office installation, 2007 I think, is quite frankly astounding. They replaced the 6 or 7 menus and toolbars with a single button. That confused the hell out of me. I know user interfaces quite well. and I was confused.
I think it would be ideal if all documents were stored in XML format. with encrypted content enclosed in appropriate tags. that way, ms office would know how to interpret documents from other vendors, and other vendors would know what gobbledegook to ignore when rendering said documents.
what happens when the police issue the command: "Turn off that camera" ??
is that a lawful command? is that a reason to be arrested for "resisting arrest" or "obstruction of justice" ?? The fuzz as you call them have a dangerous mindset. Most of them abuse their position. Every time I see a cop on the road here in miami, he or she is speeding. I can understand being in a hurry, we're all in a hurry. Still, they're not allowed to speed unless their lights and sirens are on. I know a bunch of cops. Most of them are tragically unintelligent. One of them, while being both intelligent and highly skilled, is a complete racist. That's sad.
Every cop I've ever met has been a bully. The only time they act like they're supposed to is on the television show "COPS".
I'm sick and tired of stupid legislators. They say, "oh it's not intended for that!".
Yeah stupid? That's exactly how you worded it!
That's why the patriot act is abused; the DMCA is abused; and every other law is abused because of your idiotic ambiguity!
Clarify it you morons!

basic troubleshooting skills tells you something else is wrong.
it's not the consoles if 11 of them have gone bad. Check the condition of your powerlines. are you plugging them into the same power outlet?

Why not just use nasa's lunar lander design?
"It's actually an interesting read and worth your time."
Thanks, but I'll decide what is worth my time, nitwit!
you can add a suse computer into a windows AD very easily from within yast.
and samba does integrate tightly into AD. It can server as a PDC, BDC or standalone Fileserver.
I'm 31 years old and I should be able to buy any game I want.
If TakeTwo bows to this kind of pressure, other pubs will follow.
I don't think anyone under 16 should be playing these kinds of games.
Clerks don't enfoce the ratings system. They should.
I would.
If they don't sue, the RIAA will lose every single case they attempt to bring forth.
The defendants can simply claim they were targeted due to their lack of affluence.
Any judge who isn't an industry whoring shill will dismiss.
a robot isn't going to shit in the field and then go pick more fruit!
good times!
I've been using adblock and Remove It Permanently for so long, I just haven't seen any ads for a few years.
VP Dick Cheney believes his office isn't an executive branch office!
maybe he needs to pick up a book.
He thinks he is above the law and doesn't have to disclose what classified materials his office has.
He's defied the presidential order for over 6 years now.
Cheney should be impeached immediately. Any congressman who doesn't think so is a coward and a fraud.
patents protect revenue.
this is probably why the good shows get cancelled mid-season.
I wish I had the capital to start my own television network.
I would become profitable within 1 year.
My network would be called TIN "The intelligence network"
I would only air smart television.
My advertisers would be offered 3 minute spots for professionally shot mini-movie adverts.
3 minute-spot would be $6 million.
There are only so many of them.
this is a niche product for niche people.
controls are dumbed down too much for me.
you have to start the scramjet under acceleration.
otherwise, you'll never get enough flow through it to start it up.
I believe it's clear that Senator Ted Stevens should not be on any committees involving technology.
The man needs an education.
I've dealt with clients like him. They think they understand something and get offended when you try to explain it properly.
It's all a series of AIRS Ted!
so true.
Has everyone forgotten the direct fibre link that AT&T has given the NSA?
The NSA's server farm has to make rackshack look like Uncle Jed's Construction's server closet

according to that article, the ohmygod particle was traveling 9.7 million times faster than light.

I wish I could be around in 200 years to see human progress.

They have no choice on there.
your passwords are in cleartext.
mine are not.

I'm glad the RIAA is making efforts to stop the "pirates".
Personally, those jackasses at the swapmeet make it dangerous to download music the way it was intended.
how is this "news"?
the captcha is not a puzzle. it's a human check.
the reason we can't solve them anymore is because of the wild and varying fonts used by some paranoid webmasters.
