    well, no news is good news!
    A differential of 242 reports is not that much! And I'm even a Linux admin!
    this doesn't account for severity either, but it just goes to show you, don't trust security reports in any form.

    if there is no MSRP, then retailers could be driven by insane competition.
    The consumers could drive prices down even lower.
    If you search on the internet, there's always going to be someone charging less than the other guy.
    then again, it could lead to a "faster than the lion" scenario.
    if you and a friend are running from a lion, you don't have to outrun the lion, you just have to outrun your friend.

    would this be the case though?

    I think car prices are going to skyrocket.

    and samba does integrate tightly into AD. It can server as a PDC, BDC or standalone Fileserver.

    you're forgetting about the document security built into .doc files these days.
    and a word on the suite.

    I've been using ms office since around 1997.
    The latest office installation, 2007 I think, is quite frankly astounding.
    They replaced the 6 or 7 menus and toolbars with a single button.
    That confused the hell out of me. I know user interfaces quite well. and I was confused.

    I think it would be ideal if all documents were stored in XML format. with encrypted content enclosed in appropriate tags.
    that way, ms office would know how to interpret documents from other vendors, and other vendors would know what gobbledegook to ignore when rendering said documents.

    is that a lawful command? is that a reason to be arrested for "resisting arrest" or "obstruction of justice" ??
    The fuzz as you call them have a dangerous mindset. Most of them abuse their position. Every time I see a cop on the road here in miami, he or she is speeding.
    I can understand being in a hurry, we're all in a hurry. Still, they're not allowed to speed unless their lights and sirens are on.
    I know a bunch of cops. Most of them are tragically unintelligent. One of them, while being both intelligent and highly skilled, is a complete racist. That's sad.

    Every cop I've ever met has been a bully. The only time they act like they're supposed to is on the television show "COPS".

    They have no choice on there.
