Sometimes I wonder what kind of asshole would make a device so useless and restricted and then charge so much for it. But then I think, why not raise the price by two hundred dollars, make it white and then it will sell like plastic hotcakes.
P.T. Barnum was right; there's one born every second.
Translation: no one in our focus group liked the $$$ price tag we placed on service.
This is what gets me every time. These businesses absolutely need regulation. They won't roll out updated speeds or services until forced. They will happily milk their current services until they lose too many subscribers. That's the profitable thing to do. Internet service is now beyond novelty. It's a utility for most who have it. It should be regulated like a utility.
I have actually been considering moving to Kansas to just to get google fiber. Call me crazy, call me stupid. I just think we should have the same access to service options that other nations have had standard for years.
Lecerf has filed a legal complaint after his Renault Laguna, which is adapted for disabled drivers, jammed at 200km/h (125mph) and the brakes failed, forcing him to continue careering along a vast stretch of French motorway and into Belgium.
when the universe finally separates and starts glomping together again, then worry. You'll have another 30 billion years to go before the singularity and subsequent big bang.
Tell that to my Galaxy Nexus that's still running 4.1.1. So much for the idea that Nexus devices are on the cutting edge. They're abandoned as fast as any other phone.
Don't say it's impossible to replace one of your developers. It's so very easy to replace one or all. There are 1,000 Chinese or Indian developers writing better code for pennies who would jump at the chance to have your job, and do it better and cheaper. But if you've given your developers all the help, proper tool sets, and support, and they still produce lousy code, it's time to find new developers.
Depending on how many you have, get rid of them one at a time. Don't hire a new one until at least two are gone. Start with a middle of the road guy, who is probably good, but is lazy. Save the one with the most potential for last, and hopefully you won't have to fire him.
The police have been terrified ever since Rodney King was filmed getting his beating.
Let's not forget, today's police are not Andy Griffith. Their job can be dangerous, and they're only human. That doesn't mean they have a right to privacy in their work. It doesn't mean they can violate their use of force policies because no one is watching. People are watching. That just means they need to follow the rules too. Understood they're not happy about it.
I think it's probably because the company asks you to settle out of court. (just pay us and avoid going to court).
There's no cheap legal recourse. And no way to determine who was driving.

You mean melted if it detected someone other than the first user sat in it.
given the size of my steam library, adoption won't be a problem for me.
As long as it's console price and not sony price.
Installation and labor?
Did that not get built in to the bid?
Which makes it completely useless for 90% of us who just wasted our 3 minutes.

simple, use the compromised list to email them telling them so.
and yet, somehow the in that 3 hours, the French are more productive than this CEO and his ilk.

Gaikai will be a major component of the PS4 experience.

I think the more important question is, did they know it came from space?
With the space program based less than 1000 miles due south, how could they not be tracking this from space?

yeah, I'm pretty sure the feathers are just spread more because the bird is fatter.

This was a triumph...
to be fair, the user bleed isn't about ToS.
It's because of the twitter disintegration.
no, because the DOJ specifically asked them not to alert the users who uploaded the files.
potentially, but this country's owners are just plain happy giving people the freedom to make life shortening choices.

while I agree, I think "gorilla arm" is nothing more than a construct of our flabby society whose arms need to exercise more.
